INTRODUCTION

What is happiness?

For individual persons, the definition of happiness is different. Everyone has an idea of what they need to be happy. But there are others who have everything they need in life but still remain unhappy.

A happy person loves life. They are a magnet that attracts others, and it's nice to be around them. They have a smile that is contagious. They usually have something nice to say or always offer a helping hand. A happy person has positive psychology and encourages others. Their life reflects the good.

True happiness comes from within. This is how we see ourselves. It's not conditional or based on materialistic possessions, or money, or status. Happiness is something every one of us wants to experience. It is a feeling of satisfaction and joy that awakens the body from the inside and radiates it outwards.

You need not wait for an event in your life to be happy. Finding true happiness begins with taking control of your thoughts. Keep in mind that your thoughts ultimately determine your actions. By changing the way you think, you can be happier than ever in your life. Your negative thoughts attract sadness and negative emotions, while your positive thoughts attract happiness and positive emotions.

The Comparative Trap Rejects Happiness

As human beings, we set conditions for our happiness. We believe that if we accomplish something, then we will be happy. Then we finally get what we want, but the happiness is short-lived. You compare your life and circumstances with others, and you feel miserable again in no time. It is a trap for which we are all responsible. Happiness shuns this type of mentality. It is a common danger, and we must steer clear of it.

Happiness is satisfaction! If you are happy with your life every step of the way, you will be happy every single day of your life. It is true that you have ambitions and goals that you strive for. It could be that you might want a better house, more money, or a better job.
