In Florida, COVID-19 Death Toll Keeps Rising

The state keeps setting daily death toll records and is second behind only New York in total number of infections. The percentage of people testing positive in Florida has begun to decline, however.

For the fourth day in a row, Florida set a for the number of COVID-19 deaths with 257 deaths reported Friday. A total of 6,843 people in Florida have died so far from the coronavirus.
