Steak with Peppercorn Sauce and Jacket Potato
Serves 4, Prep and Cook: 1 hour
4 small brushed potatoes, washed, scrubbed
4 x 180g beef sirloin steaks
1 tblsp olive oil
¹/ ³ cup sour cream
Mixed salad leaves, to serve
PEPPERCORN SAUCE
½ cup beef stock1 tblsp drained, green peppercorns in brine½ cup1 tblsp Worcestershire sauce2 tsps Dijon mustard
