Many ordinary people suffer from anxiety, or when they have the conversation, they say they regularly suffer from anxiety. But what is fear? The concern is a term for various conditions that can develop into physical symptoms due to stress, nervousness, and anxiety. There are different levels of anxiety where you may have mild anxiety, which can cause more severe symptoms that can lead to mental and physical health problems.

Fear usually develops when someone is faced with something beyond their comfort zone and, therefore, can be many difficult situations. For example, if you take an exam, attend an interview, or give a speech. It affects people in different ways because, for some, these situations can be considered normal, but for many others, it can affect their whole life as they cannot sleep, causes mistakes at work, or cannot eat well. In general, anxiety occurs when a reaction to what is generally expected is excessive. Anxiety disorders can be classified into more specific types. These are the most common forms of anxiety.

G. A. D-Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Generalized anxiety disorder is a severe form of anxiety categorized by prolonged excessive stress and fears nonspecific events and situations. These people who suffer from G. A. D. are worried about all the problems. It can be family life, work problems, health, money worries, but it can be difficult to identify control over your fears. Outsiders often see this fear as trivial and exaggerated by what is generally expected of these situations. This can sometimes be seen as unfair because it can't concentrate and is too critical
