Limiting beliefs are the kinds of beliefs that you see about yourself, the people around you and the world as a whole.
These beliefs are not actual beliefs but ones your brain and subconscious makeup for one reason or another. To change a limiting belief means to live a healthier, happier life... as if it were magic.
When a woman becomes pregnant, everything she experiences in life and feels is felt by her unborn child. Any message or feeling experienced by the mother seeps into the subconscious of the unborn to lay out the groundwork of what people understand of themselves as they grow up – to become the people they are.
Babies are little sponges, taking in the information, feelings and messages going on around them. Babies, toddlers and young children do
