The way life is right now, the hecticness and uncertainty of this modern world we live in, it can be hard to remember to take deep breaths. Inhale. Exhale Did you know a human being takes approximately 26,000 breaths a day. How many are you aware of ?

Spend time in Meditation and Rejuvenate your body. This is the only body each of us has to make it through a lifetime, however long or short that may be. We owe it to ourselves to nurture this delicate vessel that carries us through our life.

Through a series of guided meditations, you will feel an overwhelming sense of pride, joy and happiness with who you are as a person.

Bad memories will also fade away.

The book will provide a step by step recipe for calmness and a new way of looking at your life. Author TereZa has been following Yoga practice for a decade and over time, has tweaked and polished the steps until each one resonates with serenity and balance to her life
