The pain of menstrual cramps stops NOW!
Do you suffer from painful periods?
Does your monthly menstrual cycle consistently lead to agony throughout your body?
Do you experience a constant or periodic discomfort in your lower tummy, your back, or even your thighs and legs?
Does your time of the month see you transform into someone different?
Is menstrual pain damaging your relationship with friends, family and loved ones?
You know it doesn’t have to be this way, right?
Studies have shown that approximately three-quarters of young women and up to half of all adult women experience pain and discomfort during their period. The length of the pain may vary, but it is not uncommon for some women to suffer for up to seven days.
One in five women suffers from pain so severe that it stops them from conducting their daily activities. Are you one of them? Or are you just sick of feeling this way month after month?
Well, I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to wait until menopause to be rid of this pain. And THERE IS A SOLUTION!
I’m here to tell you that the Good Cramps, Bad Cramp's book quite literally has the power to transform your life.
So who am I, and what are The Good cramps, Bad cramps book about?
My name is Burnell Neblett. Although I am a man, I will never truly understand the pain you go through, I have dedicated the last few years of my life researching the root causes of painful periods and how to alleviate this from your life.
As a personal trainer for nearly two decades has meant that it’s imperative, I understand how women’s bodies function. My extensive research on the topic has led to me becoming a leading authority on the subject.
The fact that over 75% of my clients are women meant that I was often prone to women missing scheduled workouts once a month. At first, this frustrated me – it is never nice to lose clients – but the deeper I delved into the reasons behind their absences the more I became intrigued.
Some ladies were too embarrassed to say why they were missing appointments, whilst others were quite candid and said they didn’t have the physical strength or ability to work out during their periods.
What soon became apparent was that painful periods restrain women from doing the things they love. That is not fair and it motivated me to work on a solution and expand my knowledge on this stressful problem.
I wanted to help women break free from the shackles of period pain. And that is how the Good Cramps, Bad Cramps book was born. My objective was very simple. To discover a natural, safe remedy to ease menstrual pain.
What causes painful periods?
Before I could identify ways to counterbalance the hormonal reactions occurring during ovulation, I first had to discover the root causes of menstrual agony. After extensive research I discovered that all painful periods stem from one or more of the following factors:
1.Nutrition
2.Stress
3.Exercise
4.Chemical Exposure
5.Hydration
Have you ever wondered why some periods are more painful than others? Well, the simple answer is that painful periods result from overlooking or neglecting one or more of the five factors listed above.
Ignoring just one of these factors can have a drastic impact on hormonal reactions. The physical manifestation of this is could be any of the following. Do they sound familiar?
•Sharp, painful menstrual cramps
•Throbbing lower back pain
•Heavy blood flow or flow lasting more than 3 days
•Pounding headaches
•Fight or flight responses
•Short attention span
•Aggression
•Exhaustion
