Delicious Vietnamese Recipes
Hot and Sour Fish Soup
If you are a huge fan of fish, then this is the perfect recipe for you to put together. It combines the fragrant taste of fish, topped off with strong herbs and serve with light noodles to make a dish you will want to make over and over again.
Makes: 4 Servings
Total Prep Time: 45 Minutes
Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Place your coriander seeds and ginger slices into a medium sized saucepan.
2. Add in your stock and bring this to a boil over medium heat. Allow to simmer for the next 5 minutes. After this time allow to stand for the next 10 minutes.
3. While your broth is simmering, cook your noodles according to the directions on the package. Once cooked, drain and set aside to keep warm.
4. Return your broth to a boil before adding in your fish sauce, sliced chilies and sliced garlic. Reduce the heat to low and allow
