YOU’VE PROBABLY been reading every baby book on which you can lay your hands and preparing list upon list of things to get and do before your little bundle arrives. You’ve got the cot, pram and car seat – and you’ve picked out the perfect paint colour for the baby’s room. But while you’re making space for Baby’s arrival in your life – and the many changes this will bring – it’s important that you also make space for that extra little person in your relationship. It’s best to talk about the big stuff before the birth of your baby, because once you’re in the thick of it, there might not be the time (or energy) to do so.
