nspired by Soi Nana’s past as an international trading and meeting centre, Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit opened its new restaurant, . Decoratives like old-school tools to grate coconuts, copper pots and vases, and a massive drawing of, stir-fried tofu with spicy basil, as well as traditional dishes distinct to specific regions, like , a sour sea bass soup seasoned with tamarind, ginger, spring onions, and shrimp paste from Southern Thailand. Other highlights include steamed sea bass with lime, garlic and chilli, spicy tiger prawn salad with lemongrass and chilli paste, and caramelised spicy chicken wings.
