‘THE Menstrual Cup CHANGED MY LIFE’

“I STARTED using the menstrual cup nine years ago,” says Tanya Roux, a business and sports woman who claims it changed her life. “It used to be super frustrating when I had long flights or conferences, triathlons, long trail runs or marathons during my period. You have to remember to go change your tampon every three hours or so; you are super conscious of possible odours and I used to struggle quite a bit with cysts on my ovaries due to residual cotton from tampons that sometimes got left behind.”
