A new food PHILOSOPHY

Working as a naturopath in a clinic for years, Jess Blair quickly noticed recurring themes and questions emerging from her clients. Day in and day out, she was seeing people struggling with issues such as unexplained weight gain, difficulty losing weight, exhaustion, hormonal acne and confusion around food choices.
