B-Wellness365 is a 12-Month Mindful health planner and journal designed to help families, individuals or anyone with goals to change and improve their health and well being.
This 2020 Mindful health planner will help you in every season and/ has 12 activities themed topics around health, nutrition, physical fitness, growth mindset, kindness, self-love, gratitude and monthly challenges.
Before starting each topic monthly make a commitment to complete the chapters without skipping any (if possible)
Remember that you have the right to be well for the rest of your life!
The purpose of this book is for as many people as possible to experience the benefits of overall wellness and fitness including individuals, youth and families in a structured way, with me Brownie Wellness
as your accountability partner guiding you along your journey!

We have also put together a 2020 Wellness Offerings List with information about our classes, workshops and programs to help you on this journey. We have designed opportunities for you to continue your wellness commitment program with on-line and in-person support.
