Acknowledgments
I could not write this book without the inspiration of others. I give God and Our Savior Lord Jesus the glory and praise. I thank Jesus Our Savior for giving me the patience, courage, love, discernment, wisdom and knowledge to write this book.
I thank my Aunt, Gloria for her poem and everyone who supported me in writing my book. Here is a special thanks to everyone in the world. I love you all and God bless.
Preface
I was eleven years of age when the Doctor told my mother I had two ulcers in my stomach. One a size of an orange and the other the size of a grapefruit. When I got upset I would regurgitate and drink milk magnesium to calm my stomach ulcers. This is how much people behavior bothered me at an early age! The Doctor told my mother I was too young to have ulcers and she needed to find out why? My mother said to me whatever it is that bothers me, do not hold it in, start expressing my feelings about everything and everyone. Even if her behavior bothered me. Since then I have been boldly expressing how I feel.
(John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.)
(John 8:38 I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.)
(2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:)
Introduction
Some people go through life overwhelmed with sadness, worthlessness, hopelessness, depress, extremely irritable with reckless behavior and racing thoughts. The funny part about these behaviors and emotions is they are in mostly everyone. Most people are characterized by periods of elated moods. Bi-polar is a fancy name given for mood swings. The stats say that 2 to 5 percent of Americans have Bipolar. But, the stats may be incorrect. Dominantly, the entire population of adults and children have mood swings that become their worst enemy.
(Philippians 2:10 At the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of the things of heaven, earth and under the earth.)
(Philippians 2:11 And that every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.)
(Ecclesiastes 3:17 I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked; for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.)
(Ecclesiastes 3:20 All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again.)
(Romans 2:9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jews first, and also the Gentiles.)
My Life Belongs To You Oh Lord
My life belongs to you oh Lord for you have brought me a mighty long way. From childhood I belonged to you but, I did not know in what way. I would hear your name called from time to time by people here and there. But, then your name was just a word but, I did not know from where.
My teenager years I heard you say will you come to me now
? But I was to busy doing my own thing to even take that vow. Young adulthood was filled with problems, dislikes and pain but, time to time your presences would come and always say the same. Will you come to me now
? the voice would say because, I am not just a name.
I began to hear your voice more and more from deep within my soul. But, I began to tune it out because, I thought I was in control. Then a few years ago I heard the voice that shouted deep within my soul I am here to always stay for heaven is your goal
. I can cleanse your soul he said I can wash your sins whiter than snow for I am the light of the world and what I say goes
. For I am the great I am, stretch your arms up to me for I will be forever near and my eyes forever see. "So, I say to all who hears. Control is not your own for the one who has all control he sits on heaven’s throne. His name is LORD forever more, and his will shall be done for he sits high and looks low he sees your every woe.
So, I belong to you oh LORD so hear my words of praise for I will obey all your laws and my faith in you won’t fade.

Where did Man go wrong?
God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils life and man became a living soul. God planted a garden in Eden and there he put the man whom he formed. Out of the ground God grew every tree that is pleasant to the sight and good for food. In the midst of the garden was the tree of life and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. God took the man and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and keep it. (Gen Ch2. Ver 7-15)
God commanded the man saying of every tree of the garden he may freely eat. But, of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil he should not eat. For in the day he eat of the tree he will surely die. (Gen Ch2. Ver 16,17)
God said it was not good for man to be alone
so, he made man a help meet. Out of the ground God formed every beast and every fowl of the air and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them. What so ever Adam called every living creature that was their name. Adam gave names to all the cattle and to the fowl of the air and to every beast of the field. But, for Adam there was not found a help meet for him. God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam and as he slept God took one of Adam’s ribs and close up the flesh there of. The rib taken from man God made a woman and brought her unto the man. Adam said this is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh.
She shall be called woman because, she was taken out of man. Therefore, man shall leave his father and mother and should cleave to his wife and they shall be one flesh. They were both naked the man and his wife and were not ashamed. (Gen Ch2. Ver 18-25)
God had made the serpent which was more perceptive than any beast of the fields. The perceptive serpent tempted the woman to eat off the tree. The woman tells the serpent that God said we should not eat of it, neither touch it or we will die.
The serpent told the woman you will not surely die for God knows the day you eat of this tree your eyes will be opened, and you will be as gods, knowing good and evil. (Gen Ch3. Ver 1-5)
The woman saw the tree was good for food, pleasant to the eyes and made one wise so, she did eat. Then the woman gave some unto her husband and he did eat and the eyes of them both were open to their nakedness. Adam and Eve were afraid and ashamed of their nakedness. They sewed fig trees together and made themselves aprons to cover with. (Gen Ch3. Ver 6,7)
Adam and Eve heard God’s voice and hid themselves from the presences of God. God called out to Adam and said where are you?
Adam said I heard your voice and I was afraid because, I was naked and I hid myself.
God replied who told you that you were naked did you eat of the tree I told you not to eat of.
Adam said the woman you gave to be with me she gave me of the tree and I did eat.
God said to the woman what is this that you have done.
The woman said to God the serpent deceived me and I did eat.
(Gen Ch3. Ver 8-13)
God said to the serpent because you have done this you are cursed above all cattle and above every beast of the fields, upon your belly shall you go and dust shall you eat all the days of your life.
And God put animosity between the serpent and the woman and between thy seed and her seed, it shall bruise thy head and you shall bruise his heel. (Gen Ch3. Ver 14,15)
God greatly multiplied the woman sorrows and conception. The woman in sorrows shall bring forth children and her desire shall be to her husband and he will rule over her. God said to Adam because you listened to your wife and ate off the tree that I commanded you not to eat off of cursed is the ground for Adam’s sake and in sorrow Adam will eat of it all the days of his life. Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to you and you shall eat the herb of the field. In the sweat of your face shall you eat bread till you return unto the ground for out of it you were taken. For dust you are unto dust you will return.
(Gen Ch3. Ver 16-19)
Adam called his wife’s name Eve, because, she was the mother of all the living. God made coats of skin and clothed Adam and Eve. God said behold man is become as one of us, to know good and evil and now lest he put forth his hand and take also of the tree of life and eat and live forever.
Therefore, God sent Adam forth from the Garden of Eden to till the ground from whence Adam was taken. (Gen Ch3. Ver 20-23)
Adam and Eve were intimate and bare Cain and again bare his brother Abel. Abel was a keeper of the sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. In time it came to pass Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering to God and Abel he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and the fat thereof. God had respect unto Abel and to his offerings, but unto Cain and to his offerings God had not respect. Cain was very angry and his countenance fell. God said to Cain why are you angry and why your countenance fallen? If you does well shall you not be accepted? and if you does not well sin will lie at the door and unto thee shall be his desire and thou shall rule over him.
(Gen Ch4. Ver1-7)
Cain talked with his brother Abel and it came to pass when they were in the fields Cain rose up against his brother Abel and slay him. God said to Cain where is Abel your brother?
Cain said I know not, am I my brother’s keeper?
God said what has you done the voice of your brother’s blood cry unto me from the ground.
God said to Cain now are you cursed from the earth which has open her mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand. When you till the ground it shall not henceforth yield to thee her strength. A fugitive and vagabond you should be in the earth.
(Gen Ch4. Ver 8-12)
Cain were the first fugitive and vagabond in the earth. Cain made a choice and decision to let anger, jealousy, envy and murder grow into his heart. Cain was his worst enemy. Abel was not spared death and death did not stop there. God said the day man knows the knowledge of good and evil he will surely die.
The serpent lied to Eve when he told her man will not surely die because, at nine hundred and thirty years of age Adam surely did see death. (Gen Ch5. Ver 5)

Chapter 1
ARE YOUR THOUGHTS, WORDS, IMAGINATION, YOUR WORST ENEMY?
Our thoughts, words and imagination can be our worst enemy. It is the root to causing a good or bad situation to occur. Our life is lived out through our thoughts and words. Our thoughts are as powerful as the words we say. Our thoughts can deceive us and the words we say can be deceiving. There is a warfare going on in our mind. The battle is in our thoughts, not with one another. Our mind is like a computer it stores, retrieves, and processes everything we put in it. Our mind has no limits on what it is capable of imagining. Our positive and negative thoughts fights against one another. Most of the things people think and speak they bring to existence. Wicked behavior would not have an existence if people did not think, speak and imagine doing evil. Our body language and face expression tell others what we are thinking and feeling. The mind can think the worst of a person and situation before it think good about them. The mind can be easily trained and deceived by anyone. We train and deceive one another’s mind everyday. Everything we think and speak negative about our own and someone’s life can affect them and us.
When we put ourselves into a situation to make a decision there is always going to be a thought (voice) in our head telling us what to do and not. The outcome of our situation is determined by which thought (voice) we choose to listen to. Most people second guess their relationship, answer to a question, feelings and choices. There are not too many things we can do in the world good or bad without making a choice to do it. Our subconscious tells us not to drive drunk, go down that street, go to the club or have sex with her or him. The voice of reasoning comes, because it maybe something down that street or going to happen at the club. Voice of reasoning can come at anytime to save our life if we listen to it. This young man was going to take the train to work, but a voice in his head said take the car today. As he was driving to work he heard on the radio the train he was going to take derailed. This young man heard a voice in his head say skip going to the club tonight, but another voice said go out. The young man decided to go to the club and got into a car accident. Everyone in the vehicle lived but him. This young lady set her drink down at a party to go dance. When she came back to her drink a voice in her head said do not drink it. Her friend picked the drink up and before she could say something her friend drunk it. About ten minutes after the drink her friend passed out. Come to find out the drink was spiked with a rape drug. Most people think about what they are about to do before they do it. Sleeping with someone’s spouse does not just happen. Everyone has more than enough time to listen to the voice of reasoning before they kill, lie and cheat. It is a conscious decision that one makes to do wrong or right. When we do not think twice about hurting someone there is a problem with our conscious. It shows we do not care about ourselves and who we hurt in the process. Another thing it shows is we do not fear God of what He can do
