    Suffering from ill mental health for 30 years, the only outlet was to write down how I felt, in verse. After finally being able to get in a good place, these verses have been sorted through, edited and put out for the world to see. From being written in a dark place to a small webpage, to having over 10,000 followers from all over the world.

    Keeping it real and putting it out there.

    Each poem has its own story to tell. In any of these pieces, there will be something that any person can relate to, personally or externally.

    Chris has suffered with OCD and ill mental health for thirty years. This is his story written in poetry from the depths of despair to seeing hope. Each piece of work is honest, true and with feeling, hoping to inspire others to be creative with their illnesses and to put it out into the world. The goal for Chris was for people to read his work and understand emotionally what he was feeling when it was written, by keeping it real and being brave with words. "When I started writing, I found out that truth was scarier than fiction."
