Summary
Risk analysis begins with an understanding of the risk that the business face. The business needs to understand, what classifies as risk and what the risks they face as an organization are. Then they need to collect data in order to calculate the risks they face so that they can assess them. After that, the impact and probability of a specific risk are measured so that an appropriate solution can be implemented to avoid, mitigate, transfer or reduce the risk. For all this, the business has to have agile security architecture, which incorporates risk analysis and keeps developing as the risks change. The organization systems need to identify the future risk beforehand so that action can be taken before it materializes and causes damage. This is what the exactly risk analysis does and by doing this it prevents business from huge losses that can occur if the right solution is not implemented in a timely
