INTRODUCING THE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Does the name APPLE CIDER VINEGAR ring a bell? I’m sure it does. The Apple Cider Vinegar is quite famous. It has been around for some centuries now. Studies conducted on this substance has shown that it is blessed with the potential to regulate blood sugar levels, amp up weight loss, and tackle scarring and acne. As a plus, consuming apple cider works great for the Keto diet.

The apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apple cider. This substance finds application in the production of enzymes and health-promoting probiotics. Its sugar and calorie content is far lower than that in the conventional apple juice or apple cider. It is worthy of note that to get the full health benefits of apple cider vinegar, you need no more than two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. What’s more? Blood sugar regulation

Apple cider vinegar also has the potential to increase insulin sensitivity. The insulin is a hormone secreted by the beta cells of the pancreas. It allows your cells and tissues to take in the glucose from the blood, and use it for energy purposes. A load of insulin in the blood may result in what is known as insulin resistance. When this happens, the cells or tissues struggle to take in the glucose. In essence, the effectiveness of insulin is reduced, leading to high blood sugar and diabetes.

A recent edition of the Diabetes Care showed that intake of vinegar drastically improved the sensitivity of insulin by up to 34% in persons with insulin resistance and Type 2 diabetes.

To stabilize your blood sugar level using apple cider vinegar, you may dilute two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in 8 ounces of water then drink right before meals. As a plus, you may watch your carb intake, raise your fiber consumption and consumption of proteins, and engage in regular physical activity so your blood sugar level can fall even more.

Enhances weight loss

Recently, the health and fitness world has been thrown into a state of frenzy – excitement is you would – over the discovery that apple cider vinegar facilitates weight loss.  Yeah! Natural health expert and fitness gurus have recommended an apple cider vinegar diet to those who desire to drop unwanted pounds quickly. But let’s be realistic. So many researches have been done on the weight loss benefits of apple cider vinegar. A particular study showed that taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar each day over a period of 12 weeks resulted in nearly 4 pounds of weight loss. Aside the intake of apple cider, no other modification was done to lifestyle or diet.

Another way by which apple cider vinegar may enhance weight loss is through increase in satiety. When the satiety level is raised, one gets filled quickly, and eats less. This amps up weight loss. A study has shown that drinking apple cider vinegar reduced the intake of calories by up to 275 over the course of 24 hours.
