The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly session on Workplace Racism. This broadcast is exclusively focused on problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and govern our emotions while at work. Any listeners who have discovered the best way to reduce problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other host of challenges we generally experience under White Supremacist working conditions should make sure to dial in and share specifics. Victims of Racism who are "self-employed" are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism as an entrepreneur. We'll solicit suggestions from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
