Description
The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly forum on Workplace Racism. This program is uniquely designed to strengthen our problem-solving skills and to refine how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while at work. Any listeners who have unearthed the best methods to minimize conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other typical difficulties we often experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in and share specifics. We welcome the experiences of Black "entrepreneurs;" please, report how being "self employed" alters your relationship with Whites on the job. We'll hear counter-racist strategies from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. Gus encourages non-white people to document our workplace experiences. A record od your thoughts and workplace events is more dependable than memory, and the act of writing can help organize and elucidate your understanding. We'll also request that non-white listeners share critical portions of policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943# The C.O.W.S. archives: http://tiny.cc/76f6p
