      Introduction

      First I would like to present myself to you.I am 33 years old and I am a former anxious who escaped from this calvary. I did it and I am very proud of me. I decided to write this book, altough I have always thought that I am an antitalent in writing. With the risk of being criticized by some, I decided to do it. I decided to do it from the desire to share my experience to you and to all those who go through this odious and tormenting anxiety, which develop in time a true cocktail: panic attacks, phobias, compulsive and obsessive thoughts and depression. I thought somehow that reading about my experience and seeing that I have succeeded, you will realize that you can to do something about it and that it is possible.

      And yes! You can get rid of it.

      The anxiety, the attacks of panic and depression have cure,

      Believe me!

      I tell you from the bottom of my heart and with all the conviction.

      I passed over them. We won! Not with the pills, psychiatrists, psychologists or anything else. The power to heal lies in the us. I don’t say that doctors do not help, on the contrary, they have their merits, but including they show us that the solution it is us, that lies in our willingness to get healed, but we should really want to cure.

      I am now speaking to you frankly that I have not been to the psychologist ever, and not because I didn’t wanted. On the contrary, I was desperate and I wanted to go not to one, but to ten, only to make me well once, to get rid of the nightmare in which I lived. Unfortunately, I could never afford the luxury of doing therapy, the financial situation did not allowed me. However,I mention that the therapy is good. I don’t very much agree with the medicinal products which gives you addiction if you do not take
