In opposite to the ketogenic diet, vegetarians and vegans usually egg us on to consume a low-fat, moderate plant-protein, high-carbohydrate diet- the precise opposite of a ketogenic method of eating.

    My worrisome discovery I see in vegan and vegetarian patients is that scores of them are in reality carbatarians, living on pasta, beans, vegan sweets, bread, etc all in the false belief of living green. They are basically bread heads as they depend largely on soy as their source of protein, which is genetically modified and always high in estrogens.

    I have come across a number of vegans and vegetarians who have succeeded in destroying their digestive system thus experiencing general failing health still erroneous holding on to their fanatical belief that is manner the Americans should eat and live.

    The time has come to throw away this diet tenet and food fads once and for all. Americans and people from all over the world need to deeply value what they choose to eat.

    You need to be informed about what actually works and what really does not work for your health. Take your time to educate yourself about nature as the knowledge will give ample opportunities to make informed choices for yourself and your loved ones.

    As reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), out of 13 industrialized countries, the United States is one of the worst when it comes to adult and infant mortality rates.  The United Health Foundation report also validated the position of the American Medical Association. The United Health Foundation, report measured the United States life expectancy against that of other 35 countries. In spite of our colossal spendings on health care per capita, the U.S. ranked 27 against the rest of other nations.

    An alarming 81% of Americans take at least one pill per day. At the moment, prescription drugs are noted to kill more individuals than heroin and cocaine joined together.
