Banana and honey bread


500g flour

30g fresh yeast

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup hot water

30g butter

2 tablespoons honey

2 bananas, mashed

1 pinch of salt


Preheat the oven to 200C. Flour an elongated pudding tray.

In a bowl sift the flour and add the butter. Disarm with your fingers until sandblasted. In another bowl, place the warm water and add the two types of yeast. Stir until dissolved.

Form a hole in the flour and add the liquid of yeast, honey and bananas.

Stir the mixture into a bun. On a floured surface, work by kneading with the hands for 10 minutes.

Place the dough in a clean container, cover with a damp cloth and let it stand for 30 minutes or until it doubles its size.

Knead again for 5 minutes, put together a loaf of bread and place in the pudding tin. Place into the oven.

Bake for 35 minutes or until the bread is golden and base is firm.

Cool on a rack before serving.

Easy milk pancakes


For the mass

50g butter, melted

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons sugar

250ml milk

400g common flour

1 teaspoon dried yeast

For frosting

1 egg

2 tablespoons water


Lightly oil the inside of a bread machine. Place the ingredients in the order they appear in the recipe, select the kneading program.

Once you finish kneading, dump the dough over the surface by forming 8 or 10 balls of the same size. Cover with a clean and damp cloth and let rest on the surface 30 minutes.

To make the rolls: flush your hands, crush a ball with the palm of the hand until it is degassed. Fold the right side and the left
