Introduction

Is the carnivore diet right for you? Does the idea of only eating meat and other animal products sound like something you could do? Better yet, does it sound like something you would want to do? This is the diet for people who hate the word ‘diet’ and love a nice steak. The diet is simple enough - it’s all in the name!

The carnivore diet, as you probably know, entails strictly eating animal meat, and nothing else; no plant-based foods, no fruit or vegetables, or any processed carbohydrate foods like cereals, breads, and grains. This "short and sweet" book is another good primer for the carnivore diet. I just started and wanted to get some more information about the diet, like the dos and don'ts. Either way, the book is informative and will provide you with a good foundation if you are interested in trying this one out. Enjoy!

It's just ok, honestly Carnivore Code by Paul Saldino is way better, I was just looking to see if it had any other ideas or recipes. It does not. It's only a quick read so ok
