    This book is ridiculous, the introduction seems to be coherent, discussing the keto diet correctly.

    It states no fruit, no wheat etc - no sugar, no carbs. It lists that 60-70% of the diet should be fat, 20-25% protein.

    Then the recipes include banana’s and bread, and the ingredients in no way follow the direction of the percentages of fat and protein.

    This book does a disservice to the Ketogenic diet and may end up being dangerous for people that need the diet to treat illness.

    WOW !!This audiobook is a very good one. It's very fun. Thanks a lot for sharing this kind of audiobook. I shared it with my friends and family. Compared with other similar works, this book is very unique. The ketogenic diet, promoted by the Mayo Clinic and others in the medical world, has been shown to be a safe, successful way to maintain weight loss, as it consists of low-carb, high-fat foods that allow the body to consume fat for energy instead of glucose.I really enjoyed the book.

One of this diet’s guiding principle explains that the body can use fats or what is scientifically called as lipids as source of organic energy or calories in place of carbohydrates. This process burns off the body’s stored fat supply quickly. However, deciding on going for this diet entails a lot of preparation.

Ketosis or the state of using fat as energy is only used as a natural way of life-preservation, especially if the body could no longer obtain a stable source of carbohydrates from food.
