    According to the studies of the National Sleep Foundation suggest that late exercises, snacking, or consuming alcohol, caffeine, or nicotine before going to bed can have adverse effects. The primary cause of back pain is incorrect posture for sleep.

    Back pains lead to an uneasy feeling to a person, just imagine having to bear the pain of not being able to move freely. The feeling can be as though your back is not allowing you to feel relax at work or when you are sleeping. Since back pains can cause serious health problems in the future that are why it is mandatory to take it seriously, no what how frequent or seldom had it occurred.
