I will state that this book is about the approach to weight loss rather than a diet sheet and instructions. Many different diets work for different people. The only common bond we all share is our determination and mindset.

Using the techniques in this book I have lost 49lb (three and a half stone) and haven’t put any back on. I basically started by eating less and introducing exercise as I went along and felt more able to carry out exercises. I am not recommending my way particularly, because different approaches work for different people.
Please share with me your experiences and highs as well as lows. You are not alone, whole countries are battling obesity on an epidemic level.
