About this ebook
This book describes the Penis Monologues and Diseases, Diagnosis and Treatment and Related Diseases
Appearance of Penis:
The penis comes in all sizes:
1. Short and stubby
2. Crooked
3. Long and sharp
4. Hard and erect
5. Soft and flaccid especially with age
6. The most common appearance is a boomerang as seen on MRI
Erections of Penis:
17 weeks into a pregnancy, baby boys (fetuses) can have erections.
When boys are 8 or 9 years old, their testicles start to produce sperm.
Sleep Erections:
To keep the penis healthy a person has got to use it (i.e. get erections).
But if something is going on in his waking life that is preventing that from happening, the penis works out while the body snoozes; most men have 3-5 erections a night.
Without regular erections, penile tissue can become less expandable and get smaller making the penis 1-2 centimeters shorter.
Erections:
Average number of erections per day for a man: 11
When the cause of death is hanging, the male body often gets a stiff penis known as the death erection or angel lust.
Erections are all about good blood flow and smoking calcifies blood vessels stifling erectile circulation.
It has а mind of its own:
That is because the penis answers to autonomic nervous system.
The average amount of time needed for а man to regain erection ranges from 2 min to 2 weeks.
The average number of erections per day for а man is 11.
In the same way, the average amount of erections per night is 9.
Stress is bad for the penis:
Psychological stress has the same effect as а cold shower.
Many other factors can cause а temporary shrinkage of two inches or more such as cold weather or going swimming.
In an MRI image, the penis looks distinctively boomerang-like.
By the age of 28, 95% of men can not attain erections 1/4 as often as they did at age 20.
And by the age of 35, erections are less than 1/10 frequent.
75% of all men have poor or limited blood circulation to the penis and testicles.
Reduced blood flow decreases the male sex hormone causing an alarming fall in sex drive and desire.
It requires 8 to 10 years after the start of puberty to grow their penises to adult size
The penis provides lots of pleasure to women and keeps the human race going in its capacity as a reproductive organ
Most males would be proud to know that their penis is twice as long as they think it is
The average length of penis when it is not erect is 3.5 inches and when the penis is erect is 5.5 to 6.4 inches
Most penises are the same size when erect which is really 6-7 inches
The smallest natural penis reported: 5/8 of an inch
And the largest natural penis recorded: 11 inches
The average diameter of an erected penis is about 3.5 cm
From age 25 on sensitivity starts to decline.
The sharpest decrease in sensitivity is observed between age 65 and 75
The average number of times a man will ejaculate in his lifetime: 7,200
The average speed of ejaculation: 28 miles per hour
The average amount of semen per ejaculation is 1.5 teaspoon.
(about 275 million sperms in this amount of semen)
Most men need about 2.6 minutes from stimulation to ejaculation.
An average man in his 20s can have an average of 15 ejaculations per month.
When he reaches his 60s, he will ejaculate about 5 times per month.
The airspeed of ejaculation is on average 45km/h

Introduction
I have been writing medical articles for my blog: http://kennethkee.blogspot.com (A Simple Guide to Medical Disorder) for the benefit of my patients since 2007.
My purpose in writing these simple guides was for the health education of my patients.
Health Education was also my dissertation for my Ph.D (Healthcare Administration).
I then wrote an autobiolographical account of his journey as a medical student to family doctor on his other blog: http://afamilydoctorstale.blogspot.com.
This autobiolographical account A Family Doctor’s Tale
was combined with my early A Simple Guide to Medical Disorders
into a new Wordpress Blog A Family Doctor’s Tale
on http://kenkee481.wordpress.com.
From which many free articles from the blog was taken and put together into 800 eBooks.
Some people have complained that the simple guides are too simple.
For their information they are made simple in order to educate the patients.
The later books go into more details of medical disorders.
The first chapter is always from my earlier blogs which unfortunately tends to have typos and spelling mistakes.
Since 2013, I have tried to improve my spelling and writing.
As I tried to bring the patient the latest information about a disorder or illness by reading the latest journals both online and offline, I find that I am learning more and improving on my own medical knowledge in diagnosis and treatment for my patients.
Just by writing all these simple guides I find that I have learned a lot from your reviews (good or bad), criticism and advice.
I am sorry for the repetitions in these simple guides as the second chapters onwards have new information as compared to my first chapter taken from my blog.
I also find repetition definitely help me and maybe some readers to remember the facts in the books more easily.
I apologize if these repetitions are irritating to some readers.
Chapter 1
Penis Monologues
Appearance of Penis:
The penis comes in all sizes:
1. Short and stubby
2. Crooked
3. Long and sharp
4. Hard and erect
5. Soft and flaccid especially with age
6. The most common appearance is a boomerang as seen on MRI imaging.
Erections of Penis:
17 weeks into a pregnancy, baby boys (fetuses) can have erections.
When boys are 8 or 9 years old, their testicles start to produce sperm.
Males have several erections while they are asleep.
Sleep Erections:
The human penis may not be that much of a multi-tasker but it does get some exercise while the rest of the body is busy with something else: sleeping.
To keep the penis healthy a person has got to use it (i.e. get erections).
But if something is going on in his waking life that is preventing that from happening, the penis works out while the body snoozes.
It does not matter what they are dreaming about; most men have 3-5 erections a night.
Without regular erections, penile tissue can become less expandable and get smaller making the penis 1-2 centimeters shorter.
Erections:
1. Average number of erections per day for a man: 11
2. Impotence is grounds for divorce in 24 American states
3. When the cause of death is hanging, the male body often gets a stiff penis known as the death erection or angel lust.
4. Erections are all about good blood flow and smoking calcifies blood vessels stifling erectile circulation.
It has а mind of its own:
It is true that there is less command over the penis than body parts like the arms and legs.
That is because the penis answers to а part of the nervous system that is not always under the conscious control.
This is termed the autonomic nervous system which also controls heart rate and blood pressure.
Time needed to regain an erection:
The average amount of time needed for а man to regain erection ranges from 2 min to 2 weeks.
Average frequency of erections:
The average number of erections per day for а man is 11.
In the same way, the average amount of erections per night is 9.
Stress is bad for the penis:
Psychological stress also involves the sympathetic nervous system, and stress has the same effect as а cold shower.
Other factors that can affect the penis and erection:
Many other factors can cause а temporary shrinkage of two inches or more for instance cold weather or going swimming.
If this is the case, there is
