About this ebook

Every day, you're fed lies by the con artists in the weight loss industry.
LADIES, want the sexy figure of a Victoria's Secret Angel, the curves of a Kardashian, or the slender silhouette of a celebrity on the red carpet? MEN, want the muscular, shredded physique of a men's fitness competitor, bodybuilder, or MMA fighter?

If YES, and if you want to burn the maximum body fat in the shortest time possible, you must learn to avoid their scams and deceit.

It's a fact: You've been lied to... But what if you knew the truth?

I'm Mason Harder, and I'm about to blow the lid off the scammers and con artists in the diet industry. In Sourcebook, I reveal all the weight loss pill cycling techniques you can use. The secrets celebrities, MMA fighters, bodybuilders, and models have hoarded for years to burn fat fast... incinerating every last ounce of it!

Sounds unthinkable right? Well, the unthinkable has happened. In fact, today, before my publisher makes me take it down, grab a complimentary audiobook copy that you can listen to right now at ClenBook.com before my publisher makes me take it down and sell it on Audible.

Do you think the defined, bodies of the world's top models, bodybuilders, and movie stars look too good to be true?

Their perfection did not happen naturally, nor because of great genetics. The secret the weight loss industry doesn't want you to know is that the perfectly lean, muscular bodies so paraded on TV and Instagram, and the best-looking men's physique and female swimsuit models extensively use weight loss pills like phentermine, clenbuterol, and Anorectant No.10 with a keto diet to look as perfect as they do. But remember, nothing they do is too hard for you to do also. And as your coach, I'll show you how.

"Outstanding for general weight loss, Mason Harder's The Phentermine & Clenbuterol Sourcebook also reveals how movie stars, celebrities, MMA fighters, bodybuilders and top models achieve contest-ready definition, razor-sharp cuts, and photo shoot-ready vascularity, all in the shortest time."

The program involves cycling weight loss pills, Phentermine, Clenbuterol, Anorectant No.10, and others, but no steroids. So, this is an excellent keto diet program for both men and women.
Imagine a keto diet program where you build hard, dry muscle while you burn fat fast - getting ripped, cut and perfectly defined.
A keto diet where you burn off pounds of fat like a blast furnace throughout the work-week, while pretty much eating what you want on the weekends.
"Mason's work explains using insulin to accelerate fat burning – a radical technique not typically associated with weight loss. Equally controversial, he reveals revolutionary ways you can use weight loss pill Phentermine, banned appetite suppressant Clenbuterol, and the thermogenic and metabolic stimulant Anorectant No.10, which remains legal as of this writing."

"Looking for a natural weight loss program? Or, think all you need is a healthy diet and exercise? Then this drug-based diet pill bible is NOT the book for you. However, if you're ready to incinerate your fat faster than a scorching-hot knife searing through butter, grab your copy of The Phentermine & Clenbuterol Sourcebook immediately… before it too gets banned! The techniques in this book are exactly what movie stars, MMA fighters, bodybuilders, top models, and above all, the weight loss industry pray you'll never learn."

PART I: Phentermine Appetite Suppressant Secrets Perfected

There are no captions on red-carpet photos that say, 'This girl trained for two weeks, she went on a juice diet, she has a professional hair and makeup person, and this dress was made for her.' I just wish they'd say, It ain't the truth. ~Emilia Clarke

    1. Phentermine / Adipex P (Brand Phentermine)

Phentermine diet pills, and their brand equivalent Adipex P diet pills are prescription appetite suppressants. This drug works by releasing chemicals in your brain to reduce cravings.

Phentermine is a controlled substance that requires a doctor’s prescription. But like many other prescription drugs, it’s also found on the black market and through online pharmacies.

This compound has become wildly popular due to its effectiveness. Phentermine results are among the most impressive in the diet pill industry.

If you’re interested in using this drug for weight loss purposes, then keep reading as I cover everything you need to know about phentermine.

    2. What is Phentermine?

Phentermine was initially introduced to the market and taken in combination with the drug fenfluramine in the now infamous Fen-Phen combo (a.k.a. fenfluramine and phentermine). But many countries banned Fen-Phen in the late 1990s, because the fenfluramine compound was found to cause heart damage.

In contrast, phentermine was never pulled from the US market and can be found by itself in generic capsules and tablets. It’s also found under different brand names, including Adipex, Suprenza, and Lomaira diet pills. And it is found in combo drugs like the brand Qsymia, which is a combination of phentermine and topiramate

Phentermine is a psychostimulant drug, meaning it produces a temporary improvement in physical and/or mental functions. This drug is listed as an amphetamine substitute and is medically classified as an anorexiant or appetite suppressant.

Although fenfluramine, the banned drug in the Fen-Phen combo, was been pulled from the market, it has been popping up in over-the-counter diet supplements notably from China. I’ll cover this in FREE BONUS 1, part 8,  Fenfluramine: Chinese Supplements Laced with Heart Damaging Drugs.

Phentermine ingredients listed in the Adipex P brand include:

    Phentermine Hydrochloride

    Corn starch

    FC&C Blue #1

    Lactose (Anhydrous)

    Magnesium stearate

    Microcrystalline cellulose

    Pregelatinized Starch

    Sucrose

    3. Phentermine for Weight Loss & How does Phentermine Work?

Phentermine weight loss results have been proven through both research and anecdotal evidence.

I’ll get into what people think about phentermine weight loss pills later. But obtaining impressive results won’t be a problem. Of course, you should know how to take phentermine and what it does before using the drug.

    How does Phentermine Work?

Phentermine stimulates the brain to release chemicals that trick your mind into thinking you’re not hungry. This helps you eat less and feel fuller. Phentermine pills can also reduce how much fat and starch your body absorbs from food, meaning they’re not metabolized and stored in the body.

Many of us have food cravings late at night. But repeatedly giving into these urges can leave you needing a boomerang to put your belt on. Phentermine diet pills help you battle these cravings and avoid unnecessary snacking.

    How to Take Phentermine

The easiest way to take this drug is by following your doctor’s advice. But if you haven’t spoken to a doctor about phentermine pills, then you can use the following guidelines for safe phentermine use:

The average beginning phentermine dosage is 30mg (phentermine 37.5 mg tablets are also common).

Take one pill in the morning on an empty stomach.

Wait 30-40 minutes before eating breakfast.

If you’re still hungry and don’t have serious side effects, consider upping your dosage.

You can split doses into AM and PM doses.

For example, you can take15 mg of phentermine in the morning and 15 mg seven hours later in the afternoon.

How Long Should You Use Phentermine Diet Pills?

Doctors normally recommend that you use phentermine for 3-6 weeks before taking a lengthy break. One reason why you should stop using phentermine after six weeks is that it can become addictive. It’s also good for your long-term health to quit phentermine after a six-week cycle.

The usage time frame is similar to the over-the-counter Anorectant No.10, a combination drug/nutraceutical that also melts fat and suppresses your appetite. Anorectant isn’t harsh on your body like phentermine. But you still need to cycle this compound because it’s a high-powered fat burner.

In Part 3:  Anorectant No.10 Diet Pills Annihilate Body Fat, I’ll tell you how to get phentermine and clenbuterol like results from my favorite fat burning nutraceutical, Anorectant No.10, that is still legal and over-the-counter as of this writing. Anorectant No.10 is available at www.anorectant.com – click to see if they are running their popular two free bottle promo. They offer that tremendous deal about once every six months.

    4. Phentermine Side Effects

In a perfect world, we’d all take diet pills with no recourse and walk around looking jacked like a men’s underwear model or Victoria’s Secret Angel. But phentermine has side effects, just like any other effective diet pill.

Here are the possible phentermine side effects:

    Constipation

    Diarrhea

    Dry mouth

    High blood pressure

    Hives

    Hyperactivity

    Impotence

    Insomnia

    Nausea

    Tremors

    Upset stomach

    Vomiting

Most side effects of phentermine are mild. But you should call a doctor if you have any of the following problems:

    Chest pain and/or pounding heartbeat

    Confusion and irritability

    Extreme emotions

    High blood pressure

Shortness of breath with mild exertion

    Swelling in the ankles

A good way to minimize phentermine side effects is to start with a low dosage. A phentermine dosage of 15 mg is a conservative amount that can minimize this drug’s unpleasant effects.

Also, keep in mind that it’s a terrible idea to mix phentermine and alcohol. Phentermine is a stimulant that affects your central nervous system while alcohol acts as a depressant on the nervous system.

You may have heard that it’s bad to mix an upper with a downer when drinking alcohol. For example, taking shots of Red Bull and Jägermeister (a.k.a. Jager Bomb) may seem like a good idea in your drunken haze. But it’s very hard on your health.

The same is true of using phentermine and alcohol together because your body can act unpredictably when it’s stimulated and suppressed at the same time.

    Is Phentermine Safe?

Phentermine is safe for the average person when taken at a sensible dose. I recommend starting with between 15 and 30 mg.

Larger people will find that the phentermine 37.5 mg tablet’s side effects are generally tolerable. You can also split this tablet up and take AM and PM doses.

Those with heart conditions or breathing problems should consider a safer alternative. For example, Anorectant No.10, available without a prescription, has mild or even nonexistent side effects, yet still delivers impressive fat-burning results.

    Phentermine Long Term Side Effects

Some people caution that phentermine can cause amphetamine-like withdrawal symptoms. But research shows that phentermine withdrawal isn’t as bad as originally thought (1).

However, there is concern that long-term phentermine side effects can include an increased risk of stroke (2). Also, note that this drug has never been approved for long-term usage. Therefore, you should follow recommended guidelines and avoid using this drug for more than twelve straight weeks.

    5. Phentermine High & Recreational Drug Use

Some people who use this diet pill describe a euphoric phentermine high, where they have lots of energy and motivation. But this feeling usually only lasts until one’s body gets more used to the drug.

Others discuss how they get a temporary rush every time that they use phentermine. This feeling typically fades away 1-3 hours after taking the compound.

It makes sense that phentermine provides this type of high since it is in the amphetamine family like  Adderall. Anorectant No.10 also produces a euphoric feeling that's comparable to a sensible dose of Adderall, whereas clenbuterol tends to cause headaches, increased heart rate, jitters, and a generally terrible feeling overall.

Some use phentermine as a recreational drug (5). This is especially the case among those who are addicted to methamphetamines (e.g, crystal meth) and don’t currently have access to their drug. Snorting phentermine produces a mild high that tides addicts over until they get their recreational drug of choice.

    6. The Phentermine 37.5 mg Pill

Phentermine 37.5 mg is the largest size phentermine diet pill. The phentermine 37.5 mg pill is available as a tablet and in capsule format.

Phentermine is also available in capsules in sizes phentermine 15 mg, phentermine 30 mg, and phentermine 37.5 mg. There are also 8 mg phentermine tablets sold as the brand name drug Lomaira.

Phentermine 37.5 mg tablets are scored down the middle for easy splitting - making it possible to take half a tablet each day instead of a whole one, or to take the dose at different times during the day.

A recent search on GoodRx shows that 30 tablets of the brand phentermine, Adipex P (available in the 37.5mg size), sells for the lowest price of $67.53 at Walmart and is most expensive at Walgreens, at $73.64.

Thirty generic tablets of phentermine 37.5 mg is least expensive at Kroger at $9.31 and most expensive at Walmart at $12.05.

Keep in mind that smaller phentermine dosages allow you to better evaluate how you’ll react to the drug. Phentermine 15 mg is good for a conservative approach where you’ll experience fewer side effects.

But some people can use phentermine the full strength 30 mg or 37.5 mg does and only experience mild side effects. You may find that you tolerate a larger phentermine dosage well and decide to increase the amount, split into AM and PM doses.

    7. How Long Does Phentermine Stay in Your System?

Phentermine has a half-life of 25 hours (3). A half-life is the amount of time that it takes for a drug to halve itself in your system.

It takes around five half-lives for phentermine to exit your body completely. This means that phentermine stays in your system for approximately five days.

This is a controlled drug and may create worries about failing a phentermine test. Drug testers aren’t actively plotting ways to catch phentermine users. But this drug can trigger a false-positive for amphetamines on some tests (4).

    Phentermine Reviews & Phentermine Results

Phentermine reviews are a mixed bag, with some people praising the results and others warning of the side effects. Here are a couple of reviews from EveryDayHealth (6):

I’m rarely hungry, and if I do feel peckish, I always go for fruit or water. It’s honestly changed my life. Just want to lose another one stone 5lbs and I’ll be happy!

I started taking phentermine four days ago and I lost 6 pounds already. The medicine decreased my appetite dramatically. The only side effect is dry mouth. But, I am drinking lots of water.

I'm 26, 5'6, and started at 269lbs. I started taking phentermine 37.5mg at the end of October. It is now the end of Jan and I weigh 227lbs. 42lbs gone in 3 months! This med has given me a different mindset."

You can see that there are some outstanding phentermine weight loss results. According to many reviews that I’ve seen, average weight loss ranges from 8 to 12 pounds for a six-week cycle.

Note that you also need the proper phentermine diet to achieve serious weight loss on this drug. But you should still experience some fat loss by using the drug without changing your diet.

One also needs to consider the potential downsides of this drug. A few reviews on ConsumerAffairs.com explain the phentermine side effect dangers (7):

I have taken this drug off and on for two years. I lost about 30 lbs a year ago. Once I stopped it, the weight came back. Recently I began taking it again. This time I had quite a scare at work one day, I almost had a stroke. My B.P. skyrocketed. It scared me, so now I take only half a pill along with a blood pressure med.

Ever since I took this pill I've been having neurological problems I've never had before. I've experienced tingling all over my body, headaches, dizziness, and fatigue.

My diet doctor gave me phentermine at 32 years of age to help me lose weight. It worked, and I lost 72 pounds. Then I gained most of it back. I stopped taking it after a few months. I only took one pill a day. I started having bathroom problems a few months later. Ruined my life. Then at 48 years old. I started having more frequent blood in my stools.

Aside from the scary phentermine side effects mentioned here, you also have to worry about gaining the weight back that you’ve lost.

This isn’t to say that phentermine weight loss effects are always temporary. But your body tries to achieve a sense of homeostasis where it wants to keep the balance between weight loss and weight gain. Therefore, you need to keep working out and dieting after quitting the drug to keep your results.

    Phentermine vs. Contrave

Contrave and phentermine are often compared because they’re both popular prescription weight loss pills. They also have similar side effects, including constipation, headaches, insomnia, nausea, and vomiting.

A key difference is that Contrave is milder than phentermine, both in terms of weight loss and side effects. Contrave is seen as a long-term solution that delivers steadier results. This drug isn’t a controlled substance either, meaning it’s easier to obtain than phentermine, but you’ll still need a prescription from your doctor.

There is an entire section on Contrave titled, 3. Contrave - A Do-It-Yourself Cycle Melts the Fat Off in FREE BONUS 1: Every Other Diet Drug that Obliterates Fat.

    Phentermine vs. Adderall

Adderall is FDA approved to treat ADHD and narcolepsy. It’s not, however, approved for weight loss purposes. But people commonly take Adderall for off-label weight loss use.

Phentermine and Adderall share common traits in that they’re both amphetamines with similar side effects. Additionally, they also cause people to drop pounds and focus better.

But both drugs carry out their intended purposes better than the other. Phentermine, used for weight loss, is better at burning fat than Adderall. Likewise, Adderall is prescribed for increased concentration and focus for a reason.

    8.Phentermine Before and After

Earlier I described how using phentermine produces strong weight loss results. It’s no surprise that some people have shed serious weight on this compound.

Just Google phentermine before and after pictures and you’ll see for yourself.

You can see that these people have completely transformed their bodies while using the drug. Of course, you also need the proper diet and workout plan in place before attaining these types of results.

If you’re built like Kevin James now, you won’t suddenly look like Hugh Jackman just because you’re taking a diet pill.

    9. Where to Buy Phentermine Online

So, you’re ready to buy real phentermine 37.5 mg tablets online? Do you want to know how to order phentermine online legally?

The good news is that there’s no shortage of sites where you can buy phentermine online. You need merely search for the term buy phentermine, and you’ll find countless results.

Whether you’re purchasing these drugs legally is another story. Some countries like the US treat phentermine as a scheduled/controlled drug, meaning unprescribed possession is illegal. This also means that you’ll need an actual doctor’s visit for an in person examination in order for the doctor to prescribe phentermine to you. In contrast, a non-scheduled drug like Contrave may be prescribed by a doctor without an in-person visit and for over the counter compounds like Alli (orlistat) or Anorectant No.10, you do not even need a prescription as they are over-the-counter at the time of this writing.

With this said, people buy black market phentermne online on a daily basis. I’m not saying that it’s right. But this does happen, and people get away with it quite often.

The DEA doesn’t spend considerable resources looking to bust people who buy phentermine online. Doing so would be akin to a police officer spending all his time giving out jaywalking
