About this ebook

Its Harvest Time (First of two visits)

In the spring of 1990, I was living in Brooklyn, New York, when I was visited by An Holy One. I still dont know if I was asleep or awake. All I remember is being in the presence of a being of tremendously massive power. I felt that my brain was dissolving inside my skull and I was melting from my head downward. I would have ended as a puddle on the ground if the presence had remained any longer. I was told three things:

Its Harvest Time, and it was going to begin in Washington, DC.

I would be living on the outskirts of Washington, DC.

Get involved with food (I believe).

I am presently living in Fort Washington, Maryland, on the outskirts of Washington, DC, and am very much involved with a volunteer organization having to do with food. I moved to the area in the summer of 1990.

    PREFACE

    BELOVED OF CHRIST

This booklet chronicles some events from the past twenty-three years of my life that I believe to be of spiritual significance to the Church of Christ

I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior when I was about sixteen years of age. I have been going to Church since I was born, but one Sunday, the Minister asked the question "if you were to die tonight, would you be spending eternity with Jesus’. I could not absolutely and positively say yes, so I went forward and said ‘yes’ to the offer of Salvation that is offered by / through Jesus; the healer of our souls.

My very active pursuit of and trust in God, started in 1986 after my sister got sick and was in the hospital for 10 days. After she came out, everyone was saying that she was never going to be well again. I asked God to recover her and I would do whatever He asked me to do. Four years later, I was visited by a Holy One.

Last Christmas, I spent much time thinking of the people of Christmas; the ones to whom Jesus was revealed:

Herod the Great, the murderous king

The Priests and Teachers of religious laws who knew where to find Jesus, but were not interested enough to go and seek Him

Joy filled Simeon, a righteous and devout man, to whom the Holy Spirit had revealed, that he would not die until he had seen the Lords Messiah and was living in anticipation

The Prophetess Anna, a widow, living at the Temple and totally devoted to God

The Shepherds, very low indeed on the social ladder, who joyfully received the news and went to see

The Wise Men, very high on any ladder, whose devoted watchfulness led them to the side of the young Jesus, The Lamb of God.

Where are you positioned when it comes to the Second coming of Christ? Is it a distant event, that does not even cross you mind, or are you on tip toes waiting for that day.

    YESTERDAY AND TODAY

    March 2012

My name is Marcia and am called Hope by family and select individuals. I was born in the bushes of the Parish of Westmoreland in the country of Jamaica in the West Indies. I lived without electric lights, running water, indoors toilet and TV until I was about 12 years
