Tracy Ballard-Arline

Mrs. Ballard-Arline is married and is a proud mother of two. Mrs. Ballard-Arline is also known as “Mama Arline” to students attending Central Medical Magnet High School. Mrs. Ballard-Arline is a native of Beaumont, Texas. As a Motivational Speaker, Mrs. Ballard-Arline takes pleasure in encouraging others in striving to discover and reach their highest potential. Through her high impact keynotes and workshops, Mrs. Ballard-Arline also enjoys empowering people to dream by transforming limited thinking and creating a simple plan for their lives. Achieving the “reachable” goals of self acceptance and self determination were very important in finding her place on the journey to contentment. The inspiration that Mrs. Ballard-Arline provides is effective in encouraging others to set and achieve their goals. Mrs. Ballard-Arline’s authenticity and practical application stirs up a desire in others to believe in themselves and begin "living" rather than just "existing".

It is a blessing to have this opportunity to share my light bulb moment with all of you. God has been working in my life and I could not wait to share my moment with the rest of the world. This book is intended to guide you through a 30 day life changing process. After completing each activity/reading with diligence and consistency, everything in your life will change.

In order for this change to begin you must make a personal commitment.

I _______________________________ commit the next 30 days to becoming passionate and prioritized.

I understand this is my responsibility and that I will get out of it exactly what I put into it.

I understand that in order for things in my life to change, I must own all of my mistakes and shortcomings.

I understand that I must repent for every wrong I have ever committed.

    I understand that God loves me in spite of . . . . .

I understand that I am not worthy by my own merit, but by the blood of Jesus all is reachable.

I understand that if things are going to change, I must be the initiator.

I understand that in order for me to grow spiritually, I cannot be attached to apathy and hooked on indifference.

I understand that my reputation with God is far more important than my reputation with man.

    This is a Commitment Contract.

Now take a moment to describe what you feel the consequences would be if you were not able to accomplish all of these goals.

Now let’s try to focus on what really matters. For many years I thought I knew what was important. It was a complete shock to find out how wrong I was. Many nights and days were spent on making sure I completed my education so that I might successfully compete for gainful employment. In addition, I had to look the part . . . hair, nails, clothes, etc. Psalm 90:12. Recently I realized that everything that I put all of my effort and time into was not as important as I thought.
