DEDICATION
I first would like to thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for giving me an opportunity to be the vessel he uses to speak to each of you. I thank Him for His presence on my life and in this book. I know without Him dispatching His anointing this book would have never happened!
In these writings of freedom and break-through, my dedication goes to my sons Corey, Kendric and our new addition to our family, my granddaughter, Karee. I love you all so much! I know mommy’s decisions affected your lives in various ways but all praise be to God everything is working out in our favor. At times it might have seemed as if I put things or people before you; but it was never that way, I always did and will continue to put you all first. You two were my reasons for fighting for my life. Always remember Pooh (Chocolate Chip) and Ceej (Ceeg), We fly high because of the bond we have established through our valley and mountain experiences we are all we got!!
To my mother, Rev. Dr. Annette Lee, thank you for your patience through these years. I love you with an overflow from my heart. I am blessed to have an anointed, appointed, chosen, called, and elected woman of God as a mother, friend, teacher, intercessor, counselor, servant and mentor. Thank you for displaying in your daily walk what a virtuous woman of God should walk, talk, think, act, and live like.
To my daddy, I have always been & always will be daddy’s little girl!
I love you for loving me when I made it hard for you to do so. You have been there for us even when there was no way possible…you made it happen. I love you because you are a man who truly loves me unconditionally! Belinda, God blessed me with an amazing support system that included you as one of my #1 supporters. I love you two so much! Not to mention your poetic writing abilities as well Sunshine.
To all of my family and friends, thank you to those of you who helped me during the past twelve years of my life; during this transformation process which also can be called, adulthood -my thorns on my stem.
To my Divine DIVAS in all locations, shout with me DON3.
WHO AM I?
The question is often asked who am I?
My Heavenly Father says I am the apple of his eye.
He said I was wonderful and fearfully made,
To show me His love, His son He freely gave.
I have not always been the strong woman of God I am today,
That’s why I have written things down to share some of pain.
My pain, at times I considered my mess but it was needed I must confess,
After going thru mishaps I finally realized I am truly blessed.
It was during the test I felt a lot of my misery,
But it wasn’t all in vain because now it’s ministry.
I am not here for your rewards, Amen(s) or your sympathy,
I am only here to tell you, how having a relationship God has truly changed me.
Who am I? I am glad you asked,
I am a daughter of the King on an assigned task.
I share my testimonies with you to try to encourage you,
If you speak words against this you curse yourself and all that you may do.
So be careful my love because my father loves me so,
He is allowing my life stories be told wherever I go.
I may not be who you think I should be,
But I am developing into divine diva that he wanted you to see inwardly.
My heart has been hurt; then I pressed forward so God could mend it,
That’s to fulfill my life purpose the creator intended.
I am hoping and praying, just maybe one day soon we will get it together,
Because regardless of your thoughts, I am still yet standing firm in being me even thru stormy weather.
You may talk crazy, maybe whisper and even stare a little bit,
But to be a
