- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5the book gives you detailed information on how to fast it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is well written and is backed by peer reviewed scientific research.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Highly valuable concrete knowledge for diabetic patients. Great resource for those trying to start the fasting adventure.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Considering that this book is a summary, it might just be that the main book itself is three stars and the summary a solid five. In any case, I’ve read a summary which describes 50% of opinions of people who i don’t know but are supposedly authorities, and the other 50% is about the author. I miss depth, I miss some scientific backing. Focus seems to just be on weight loss and the benefits of fasting when you have type two diabetes. And the summary itself by the author contains a bit too much selfpromotion.
