We have become so embroiled in our daily lives that we often forget to make time for ourselves. We have become so caught up with work, our digital lives on social media, and activities that we utterly forget about what makes us happy. We are surrounded by our noisy environment, which makes it a struggle to create happiness.
Here's a small example: millions of people go to work every day, but not everybody enjoys their job. Many people are married or in relationships, but they don't feel happy with their partners. They don't take charge of their life and move away for one reason or another.
