    Introduction

    First, I would like to congratulate you for deciding to purchase this book and taking a very initial step in the process of losing weight. I know that struggling with excessive weight can be considered one of the hardest things in the world. It requires not only a good health condition, but also a steel spirit to overcome harsh exercises and diets.

    I used to suffer from obesity for quite a long time. Therefore, I must admit that losing weight has never been easy. And if you don’t have a strict regimen and reasonable exercises, you will hardly make it through. That can prove how hard the weight loss process can be.

    About two years ago, I was still a new mother, who was overweight and could not control my appetite. After giving birth to my first-born, I could not stop eating. It was like my body had lost a significant amount of energy due to severe labor, so I needed to carry a greater deal of it in my body to thrive and survive.

    Nevertheless, everything went a little out of control. I gained about 220 pounds more, which transformed me from a 110-pound-woman to a 330-pound-mother.
