Turning your passion for yoga into a money-making business is complicated but not impossible. Before you invest in an expensive and time-consuming 200-hour yoga teacher training program, make sure you develop a strategy to get a return on your substantial investment.
Yoga studios survive by offering 200-hour teacher trainings. Instruction can be rushed, leaving graduates unprepared to actually teach. (This training is often marketed as a way to deepen your personal home practice. You don’t need to spend thousands of dollars to develop a deeper understanding of yoga.)
