FOREWORD
The Desires to have and to be is inherent in all humans, of course, with different levels of confidence, taste and background. There were times that whenever I confessed milliards some people felt I was dreaming too big –too big? Yes, to them; and I seemed odd to have desired billions because they never exceeded tens of thousands in their desires. Nevertheless, every human have desires including an infant’s desire to have the mother around all the time.
But for many, such desires will never be realized except, perhaps, over their dead bodies. I believe in destiny but not in its automaticity; I believe in destiny but not in its inevitability. And that is the difference between the wishful and the successful –the former await destiny (fortune or misfortune) while the latter work towards desirable destiny (and as much as possible, away from misfortune). When we know that destiny is to be reached and not summoned then we can begin to march onward to achievement.
In this book, Gbenga Babatola, Cornerstone, in fulfilling his calling to empowering through The Enabling Words explains destiny, passionately and familiarly. And to march unto destiny is not just a job for the legs; many factors, many actions, many changes and surprises are involved –religiously, spiritually, systematically, filially, mentally and emotionally. These factors that will enable us to march determinedly unto glorious destiny are treated with much authority by Cornerstone.
Gbenga Babatola, is a man of the spirit with quick response to spiritual waves. He was a once the Organising Secretary of the Gospel Students’ Fellowship (GSF) and later became the Prayer Coordinator of same. During these periods, I realized he’s loaded with packages of blessing to several people in this generation and those to come.
While reading this book, I discover that there’s a topic and others meant for me in particular. I had been conscious of the words but anxiety and disappointments almost made me give up. No wonder it is written that faith cometh by hearing. With scriptural rootage, this book has the potential of quickening the weary, redirecting the lost; assuring the doubtful and activating the passive.
I am proud to know that some experience of mine informed one of the topics treated. His words to me then became a workable teaching that many people need in order to race to grace.
Our world is faced with complexities and difficulties. But I like the company, LG, for the declaration, Life is good.
Immoralities, corruption, war, divorce, underemployment, unemployment, religious fraud, parents disappointing, filial irresponsibility, corporate crises, social decadence, suicides and ‘what-cides’ and overwhelming problems that could possibly frustrate Orunmila, Socrates, Plato, King Solomon and Prophet Daniel in their graves are prevalent in the society. But in all these those who do the right things will have testimonies. One of the right things and one of the first is to get knowledge. Get knowledge and understanding! Read this book carefully. This book is rich in knowledge and instructions that is essential to fulfilling destiny.

CHAPTER 1: DOES ABORTION SOLVE A KNOWN PROBLEM OR CREATE A NEW ONE?
Lo, children are a heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate. Psalm 127:3-5
THE PREGNANCY IS NOT THE ERROR
Before you embark of the journey of aborting that pregnancy, get this registered within yourself.
No pregnancy is a mistake, even including The One (Jesus) invented by the Holy Spirit, they all have a part in God's plan. In order to get God's approval to your request by appending his signature on your form you have to work in line with his will. It is therefore worthy that we register this within ourselves that he that sleeps with a woman automatically calls for a baby. It is nothing but acting like a rogue, deceiver, killer and a traitor when man after successfully lying in bed with a woman or young lady to have sexual intercourse and the intercourse brought about a distinctive reward (pregnancy) and the man became ferocious at the woman knowing full well that she has been so faithful hitherto saying that he never knew such a thing, which was not more than once or twice could result into a great protuberance of the belly of the woman; deception.
COITION MAY BE DONE WITHOUT PROPRIETY BUT CONCEPTION IS OF GOD
Don't you know that the moment you both lied together in bed for that act, you were invariably doing nothing other than entering into a contract with God that you were going to be a channel through which one of the solutions he has for the planet 'Earth' will be unleashed? The moment the testis releases the spermatozoa and it passes through the urethra and finally being discharged into the vagina, it will do nothing but to speedily locate the hidding place of the ovary and break it, then, then the journey to manifestation and new existence begins. How do I know that every pregnancy is a contract between man and God and bringing forth children the fulfillment of bringing forth a solution created by him to earth? It is not your will to determine if the intercourse will lead to pregnancy or not; it is not your will to determine the gender, and the physique of the unborn baby but him that has chosen you as a medium through which solutions for mankind created by him is to be released.
IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT YOUR SHAME
Whenever you embark on a journey to abort any pregnancy because you want to avoid the music of the shame, you have done nothing but successfully breached the contract between you and God and the aggrieved party (God) has the right to sue the other party (you and your spouse) that has through their negligence, inflicted such a great pain on them for charges. The pain and affliction that many families go through on earth was never caused by the enemy, and they derive pleasure in cursing the enemy in prayers but unknown to them that they are the enemy of themselves; crying for a genuine forgiveness with a remorseful and repented heart is the only way out.
IT’S GOD’S OWN
To man, any pregnancy that is not planned for materially, although, emotional aggravation brought it into being, is unwanted because it can bring shame and therefore needs to be terminated. It is a mistake to man and any mistake to the flesh can bring disgrace if not hastily corrected in its own way but God sees it as an approved contract between man and God which must be properly executed. The fact that the pregnancy came into being which does not have a rational interpretation, although, you had inter course but never expected any pregnancy, made it a miracle which is the way and nature of God. The pain and the affliction of many families stemmed from a successful breach of contract between them and God when they think that they are just trying to make their wrongs right (no two wrongs make a right: you committed adultery or fornication and it led to pregnancy, then, abortion is never a solution) again or justifying their negligence and God will never spare them but sue them for charges upon a breach of contract, hence, rancorous homes.
FACE IT
It is worth it to face the music of shame like the mother of Jesus (Mary), because it was a shameful thing for a woman although betrothed to a man but yet officially married to get pregnant, than to deliberately and majestically (because you want to cover up and clean your mess) walk yourself into the wrath of the Lord? Note that in as much as you've never considered your age, background, or status before diving into entering a contract (sexual intercourse) with God in being a channel through which a solution (children) created by him can be released to the earth which is against the ruling societal belief and idea at the moment, then, you shouldn't be hypocritical either to man or God by making effort to cover up your mess (abortion) but rather go through and happily receive whatever returns it brings to you from the mouth of the people of your society.
SIN IS ALWAYS A SIN
In our today's word, sin has been redressed and painted with many colours which makes it more attractive and unidentifiable as sin any longer to many because of its modern day beauty and appearance such that many people now want to cheaply subscribe to its mailing list that they might constantly receive its latest publication. Sin has no attractive name other than sin; Satan identification number. Once you fall into it and fail to hastily withdraw by reconciling yourself with your creator, your presence in devil's kingdom and being his committed follower is automatically announced. Samuel Kuye, the Eric WordSmith wrote, the fact that sin entices thee and you consented doesn't make you non-punishable even though you consume all the saliva produced by your hormone ptyalin to justify yourself.
The fact that your little kid pour your last food into the sand doesn't exempt him from being beaten, although, he might be ignorant of what he's done but you believe that the beating will be an incision to them not to do such a thing again some other time. When God asked Adam if they've eaten out the fruit he commanded them not to eat, but he hastily directed the accusation to Eve (his wife) and Eve did the same by putting the blame on the serpent. We should get this registered within ourselves that the fact that either of you had suggested the act (abortion) because the return (pregnancy) of your emotional conjugation seem to be shameful but that's the only way you think to be rational to cover up your mess and you consented doesn't give you the latitude of going without some lashes of 'strokes.'
DREAD THE DREADFUL –THE CREATOR
No building can stand before any earthquake; no ship can survive a raging sea except by grace; no man can stand the rage of the Almighty (Psalm 29:3-10). If children are the heritage of the Lord and you, just a mere mortal, because of your sentiment and the relief you want for yourself deliberately and remorselessly kill the heritage (children) of the lord in his own sight because he's sluggish to anger and even boasting and how perfectly done the act (abortion) was, what do you expect of him as the heavenly parent? Fold his arms and keep watching while mortal beings embark on the journey of annihilating his heritage without avenging the guiltless soul? If you are the one what would you have done? Don't you know that it's a graceful act of the lord to be chosen to be a channel through which the heritage and solution of the lord will be released to the planet earth? Note that it will be very easy for people to insult you and you feel bad for yourself because of your current situation while they feel elated because their words of insult gain grounds in your mind when you believe not in what you know about your enablement.
VISION BURYING
Any abortion performed by any man is nothing but a vision successfully destroyed and a solution that was happily terminated. Every being on earth is a solution created by God and not a mistake created by parents unto generations of people. He who commits abortion is a deceiver because they lured God into entering a contract of discharging his blessing to the earth through them, but they secretly retract from the contract without an approval from God or getting his consent; an abortionist is a rogue: they through their craftiness manipulate the solution created by God to be given to the earth by double-crossing its existence and elongating the years of toiling of many creatures. He that sees nothing bad in committing abortion is a killer. Abortion is an executed conspiracy against the heritage of the lord by the one (the intending father and mother) that is expected to be in custody of the heritage of the lord and the executor of the abortion exercise. God will never spare anyone that's involved in the conspiracy because he who conspired against God's heritage ventured into a great conspiracy against the lord.
What do ye imagine against the Lord? He will make an utter end (Nahum 1:9).
UNDERMINING GODLINESS CAMPAIGN WILL HAVE CONSEQUENCES
God cannot be mocked, therefore, he that sows to the flesh shall reap corruption, and he that sows to the spirit shall reap life eternal.
Rebelling the Lord in our society today has become very immense through the gospel of many medical practitioners which is aimed at stirring the heart of men against his will and end up luring themselves into the wrath of God. No pregnancy is unwanted, you called for it and it's a rare privilege to have the heritage of God in your custody. The act of rebellion (abortion) against God has even become legalised in many nations and even being backed up by several justifiable proofs which invariable makes sinning against God more attractive and seductive because it is recognized by the laws of the land and people are elated for such a swift move.
To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.
And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.
