Auguste Crenshaw
Auguste Crenshaw is a wife and mother of four. She is serious and funny! She loves peace and quiet or some loud music blazing through her home! She has often been labeled as an introvert with extrovert tendencies. While she doesn't do labels, she will take it LOL! She is analytical and creative. In other words, she is a pure breed oxymoron. Whatever you call her the number one thing she would say is, "I am comfortable in my own skin!" She has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years. Known for her rare confidence and no-nonsense spirit, some may get it twisted and think she has always had it together. Nothing could be further from the truth. Auguste has had to wrestle with mental, emotional, physical and spiritual abuse. She was an oddball in her family and has been taking care of herself along with a baby since 19 years of age. However, she could not escape this nagging feeling inside that one day she was gonna change the world. Each phase of her life brought more clarity about how this was going to happen. All the while she endured and fought to break the cycle of mediocrity which she saw surrounding her at every turn. Her gift is her words. Whether on a live video or a written in a poem or book, her words pierce the hearts and minds of those they fall upon. The primary reason is because she refuses to have a filter. As a business coach, she transfers this gift to her clients. The gift of authenticity and love for self. She infuses a positive perspective into everything she touches. Not because she doesn't face reality. She refuses to leave reality at face value. She understands the power of her mind and spirit and taps into it. She promises to never give you a little as a ploy or sales tactic. When she brings it, she is gonna bring it! It is her life's mission to be an impact. For every life she crosses, she wants to leave them better than when they first approached her.

I would like to dedicate this book to all the beautiful Renegade women who have been with me on this journey. Your vulnerability and faith are continuous reminders of what can happen when women get together on one accord. Together we are making moves and changing the world.
Thank you to Beulah Mae Smith! Granny you operated out the wisdom of God. I have modeled many traits in life from you. You took an 18-month old baby girl under your wings. You accept me as I am and I love you for that. I promise to continue to make you proud!
Last but definitely not least, thank you, Larry Crenshaw, for always having my back. Together we have put it all on the line and made one hell of a rebound. Your sacrifices put me in a position to build a phenomenal Empire! Thanks for believing when I didn't! Thanks for pushing me when I needed to be pushed. Thank you for always reminding me, I am the Expert

INTRODUCTION
We are in a new era where women are saying, No we are not taking this shit anymore.
There has been an explosion of women entering the entrepreneurial scene.
We have the fight in us and no longer do we accept being told what to do; we are blazing our own path.
I see you out there every day. The drive is strong but the struggles that accompany building a business are real. Women are deciding to turn their pain into purpose. I have been down this path of self-discovery. I remember the feeling when I realized why I was put on the planet.
I hit the ground running. I didn’t care what I had to do. I was willing to put it all on the line. Whether it required money, time or my feelings, it didn’t matter. In the beginning I felt good. I felt important. Sooner than later, I saw what rejection looked like for real.
How is it that a woman like myself is being ignored. I have true passion. I really want to help people.

I did; I didn’t make a dime. I hit road block after road block.
I wasn’t just failing at running my business, unexpected circumstances kept popping up.
Two faces stood and stared one another down. The face of defeat and the face of a champion.
How could I feel like quitting, when just a few months ago I said this purpose in my heart is why I am on the planet.
I always called myself relentless. Now I had to show I was relentless. This required me to drown myself in mindset work.
What does that have to do with you?
As an entrepreneur who has been through the fire, I can identify where you are. As a Business Coach who works with women ranging in age from 18 – 55 I noticed patterns. No matter the age, they exist. We have similar experiences that leave us
