About this ebook

The human mind has two main intelligences, the conscious and the subconscious, yet this is only a scientific observation, meant to define what you access consciously in your mind and what you do not. While you want to know everything about the human mind, in order to access everything, but how can you, when you cannot even define it? Since there is more to the human mind than what psychology offers, and you can certainly tell, since it is always in your mind, but never in textbooks.

The two main human intelligences are subdivided into further intelligences, which also include their own inner intelligences, and it is relevant to know everything. Because your subconscious intelligence has its own primal subconscious intelligences, specialized in the entirety of your bodily activity, as eating, recovery, socialization, reproduction, development, security, learning, cooperation, wellbeing, and interconnectivity.

But are these your primal intelligences, or you are these primal intelligences altogether? Who or what exactly are you? From a cognitive perspective, you may identify yourself with your conscious intelligence, since this offers you awareness and conscious reasoning. You are certainly aware of all subconscious intelligences stated above, yet there are more human intelligences interacting with you and with your entire cognitive system continuously, with some exceeding the human mind altogether. Additionally, you may always employ artificial and consensual human intelligences to enhance your experience and achievement in life, at a significant cost, since it takes from your natural fulfillment. And in this manner, you live your life through many intelligences even unknowingly, pleasantly or not, as these send you your needs and feelings continuously, and this is all that you know.

Apart from needs, feelings, reasoning, and awareness, the human intelligences offer a variety of interfaces, identities, selves, and companions to use throughout life, you may identify them with ease since they are in your mind while others can reach beyond, and it is significant to know them, as this adds to your complexity and uniqueness in life.

Who are you? You know well your conscious intelligence since you control it, while you are interested in the subconscious intelligence, since it remains out of your reach, it governs you from the shadows of your mind, and if you are not careful, it ruins your life since it can go against your will, making everything rather challenging and unexpected. And if you only knew more about your conscious and unconscious main human intelligences, then you were certainly more fulfilled and more successful in life.

This book studies the human intelligences as these inhabit, form, and maintain the human mind, in all details and from all perspectives. You have the chance to identify and understand all your intelligences, allowing you to reason and behave in the most adequate manner toward achieving your harmony, meaning, and fulfillment in life and in the world.

The Human Intelligences - Valentin Matcas

1 Your Harmonious Living Human Intelligences

All intelligences of the wider world are similar with the human intelligences, and therefore through their proper identification, you may succeed in understanding them in all details. Or at least you may do so as long as you can understand yourself first, your conscious intelligence, since it offers you your conscious reasoning, and therefore it offers you your means of understanding everything in the first place.

But now, since you are trying to understand your conscious intelligence by employing the same conscious intelligence, you are already in a short loop of reasoning, a conflict of cognitive interests that can generate major human errors of reasoning, and you should proceed very carefully. Because studying an intelligence by using the same intelligence is as trying to see your eyes directly with your eyes, and it can become misleading. You should be careful interpreting results in this manner, since everything comes out exactly as assumed, enhancing your own strong personal convictions, and it happens often. While it fuels psychology just as well, leading it within the same empirical loops of reasoning and sets of beliefs. Yet you can still comprehend your intelligences, but only if you reason independently, in an accurate manner. While in order to do so, you have to know everything about your conscious intelligence in the first place, and now this is your larger loop of reasoning.

Therefore, right now, you might know just as much or just as little about your conscious intelligence as you do about your subconscious intelligence. However, there is still a way out of these loops of understanding, because as we see throughout the book, your mind is filled with intelligences, all conscious and all pertinent in what they do, and you may interconnect and therefore employ them throughout your conscious reasoning whenever needed. Since many times, your own specialized inner conscious intelligences know well how to handle errors of reasoning and errors of perception, since the brain itself is structured for a continuous accuracy during its continuous interaction between the outside world and the human mind. And therefore, once you understand you brain and mind rationally and not only empirically, and once you understand well and once you can detect all errors of reasoning coming from everywhere within and from everywhere outside your mind and reasoning, you may certainly understand your mind in all its intelligences and cognitive abilities, managing to improve the accuracy of your reasoning significantly. Because it is meaningful to remain free of beliefs, stereotypes, and entire ideologies for a pertinent reasoning, since the current society is structured on purpose the other way around, to maintain you endlessly within loops of consensual knowledge that may or may not be accurate, while you can never know the actual truth.

And here is where the human mind fails, because many times, whatever psychology states about the human mind might not be accurate, not only through genuine ignorance, but through deliberate, consistent efforts of implementing well-defined wrongful beliefs and stereotypes meant to control altogether the human mind, the human intelligences, the human behavior, and therefore the human society, in a direct and very precise act of social enforcement bypassing the conscious intelligence while compromising your entire cognition and therefore meaning in life and in the world. Yet since you cannot employ your conscious intelligence to assess your conscious cognition and conscious decisions, from your own perspective, there is never anything wrong taking place here, and you move along.

And now, the question is how to be able to identify and exit social, cognitive, and conscious loops of enforced existence in order to regain your own, natural meaning and fulfillment in life and in the world, in perfect agreement with the natural human meaning and intelligences. The answer is always the same, by knowing, identifying, and understanding well all human intelligences, including the conscious intelligence, since they are highly pertinent in everything that they do, in their entire cognition, if you only allow them to think and behave freely and naturally, unconstrained by all loops, errors, beliefs, strong personal convictions, stereotypes, and entire ideologies. Since these are your barbarian cognitive invaders, and you cannot fulfill anything meaningful in life as long as you allow them in your mind.

You are always eager to know what intelligences are, how you reason, and what the subconscious mind is, but the knowledge that you find today relates to neurons, axons, action potential, neural networks, brain areas, EEG machines, Freud’s cigars, egos, ids, and this is it. You already know these, and it can never satisfy your actual need for pertinent, accurate knowledge. Is this how humans reason and manage to know themselves, life, and the world around, by smoking their father’s cigars? No, not at all, since the Freud’s cigars are not exactly models for the human reasoning and human intelligences, but only simple observations of the human brain and human behavior made under various circumstances, and now called psychology.

There is significantly more to intelligences and conscious reasoning capable to satisfy your knowledge, and you should know everything. You may attempt to seek, observe, and define systematically your answers on your own, by studying your own cognitive activity, yet even so, there is significantly more to know than what your own conscious intelligence is capable to realize and identify for you.

What can you do? Is this the reason why psychology is still incapable to model comprehensively the human mind, the human intelligences, and the human reasoning? Will it ever succeed doing so? Should you wait that long? But could you ever be able to figure it out on your own? It depends on your conscious intelligence and on its pertinence and developmental level.

How conscious is your own conscious intelligence, exactly? All intelligences are conscious, only that your own cognitive awareness seems to be limited to your own conscious intelligence, due to the unique perspective that you acquire once you employ your own conscious intelligence throughout your reasoning. And since this is the only intelligence that you are capable to employ directly throughout reasoning as a human being, then this is the strong personal conviction that you now have, that the conscious intelligence is the only intelligence that is conscious within your cognitive system.

It is just as claiming that you are the only consciously intelligent human being in the world, just because you cannot access directly the minds of others in order to witness firsthand their own consciousness. Yet you have learned throughout life to dissociate and understand others in the similar manner that you understand yourself, and this is how you know now that all people in the world are relatively similarly conscious and intelligent as you are. And you may do so because you are always aware of others, since you may see them and interact with them easily, casually, and directly, while it is considerably harder to witness and identify directly the intelligences of your own cognitive system, since they are subjective in nature and cannot be perceived objectively as you might now expect.

You cannot see intelligences physically, but only subjectively, as you may interact with them directly and implicitly. And what exactly is the difference between the subjective and the objective? Existence can define it, since it covers the human mind entirely, along with your entire perspective. And it already seems that you have to know everything that you always desire to know, about reasoning, perception, cognition, intelligence, life, reality, existence, authority, needs, fulfillment, civilization, development, success, ideas, species, interconnectivity, and feelings. While you cannot understand one without understanding everything, in a comprehensive loop of awareness containing your mind on one side, and the entire world on the other. While everything is diverted from you through powerful scientific authorities, making your research more tedious or even impossible. And it happens so often, that it has already become a way of life, for you and for everybody else.

Because this is how you are made to perceive yourself and the world now, through an exaggerated emphasis on your conscious intelligence. Some people define this tendency of the modern human behavior as the left-brain school of thought, blaming it on science and society. Yet as we may see, the human reasoning is imbalanced in this specific manner mostly because, at a lower developmental level, intelligences in general are capable to reach within minds only as far as they are, and only as far as they last. And therefore, this is what they can now fulfill, matching their own awareness and capabilities. Because when you act, think, and decide carelessly, unknowingly, or even unconsciously, you enforce and refrain your own intelligences from their natural interconnectivity within your cognitive system, just the way it happens with you in society, since you are constrained through all laws and beliefs to restrain your own natural fulfillment and interconnectivity with those around, and you can certainly feel it. And this is how the human intelligences are always constrained to limit their cognitive interconnectivity, causing them to limit their achievements and fulfillment to their own capabilities. And this is how you end up with a left-brain cognition as a conscious intelligence, truncating significantly your own capabilities and fulfillment.

But you cannot realize it, through similar loops and errors of reasoning, since you cannot know what you do not know, trivially. And now, as you want to know more about the human mind, human cognition, human reasoning, and human intelligences, you have to allow your own mind to reason, identify, and perceive everything at its genuine capacity, unconstrained by errors, beliefs, stereotypes, outside control, and endless limitations.

And this is what people know, that only conscious intelligences are consciously aware, that only humans are conscious, that subconscious intelligences can never be conscious of their surrounding and of what they do, that you think and reason through the action potential, that you are what you see in the mirror, that science is always smarter and better than you, that money is the quintessence of the human civilization, and that love and pleasure mean everything to everybody.

It seems that pleasure means everything to everybody, but can all intelligences and living beings be conscious, exactly as you are? Your subconscious intelligence is similarly conscious at its own level, in its own specializations, and within its own environment, being just as conscious and pertinent as your own conscious intelligence. Only that you are never capable to witness it directly, consciously, through your own conscious intelligence, since the conscious and subconscious intelligences always remain distinct, and never merge within your cognitive system in a big cognitive blob, otherwise, you had only one intelligence. And this is the case just because the two intelligences, the conscious and the subconscious, along with all intelligences from the wider world, are always distinct, separate, unique, and individual, just as all normal living beings. While all intelligences strive for individuality and originality, since these give them recognition, status, and therefore unique identity and unique existence, within any world or cognitive system where they happen to be.

And these are common intelligent characteristics. This is why you can never witness directly your own subconscious intelligence, this is why you are never aware directly of the level of consciousness of your own subconscious intelligence, and this is why you can never control your own subconscious intelligences rigidly and directly as you can control your arms and legs.

What can you do? How can you control your subconscious intelligence? How exactly can you control rigidly other intelligences and other living beings including human beings? You cannot, or you should not, but you should seek harmony and cooperation. And if you are not aware of any of these, all that you can do is hope that your subconscious intelligence behaves accordingly, or else you get sick, you go mad, or you get in trouble, since it happens often. Yet many times, your two main intelligences cooperate well, regardless if you identify it or not, if you only allow them.

Is this inner cognitive relationship significantly important? Yes, mostly if it goes wrong repeatedly. This is why it is highly important to learn everything about your mind and about all intelligences comprising it, probably in order to be able to maintain your own inner harmonious cooperation throughout life. And if you are capable to do so at all levels, inner and outer, higher and lower, cognitive and social, you may call this a successful life, since harmony and cooperation are mandatory in achieving your meaning in life and in the world.

You may identify now a major problem, the tendency of controlling your own subconscious intelligence and your own body in a rigid, direct manner, or the tendency of controlling the intelligences of those around directly. You cannot do so, because all intelligences are unique, distinct, and pertinent in their own specialization, being conscious and aware only as much as they last, as much as they are, and as much as they have to be throughout the fulfillment of their own specialization. While you can never claim that your own specialization within the organism as a conscious intelligence is superior to others, since all specializations are complementary, and the body and mind die if only one main task remains unfulfilled at all levels, conscious, subconscious, and highconscious.

How aware, conscious, capable, and pertinent is your main subconscious intelligence? It is relatively similar to your main conscious intelligence, just because all intelligences living in a common environment tend to develop similarly. But you cannot compare intelligences exactly, just because all intelligences are specialized, and therefore they are complementary in characteristics and abilities throughout minds and entire organisms. Or this is the case as long as they tend to common objectives. Since comparing intelligences is as comparing forks with spoons as these remain complementary throughout meals, and not exactly interchangeable. This is why your subconscious security intelligence knows more about the menace of spiders and fast moving cars than your conscious intelligence, and this is why it sends you unwanted feelings of fear and immediate action throughout your mind and body whenever these are around. And if you happen to know very little about the human intelligences, then you can never figure out why you have to feel in this manner, because these are only regular cars and spiders. And this is how you end up interpreting your fear as a weakness instead, and you learn to ignore or to overcome it. While it is this lack of fear rendering you injured, and not the actual cars and spiders, since by suppressing your fear, you suppress the normal activity undertaken by dozens of pertinent intelligences throughout your cognitive system keeping you safe, and now you have to live without their help. If you are still alive. Because the lack of fear never means bravery, while bravery never means virtue, regardless of what society may teach you.

Yet bravery is still good, as long as you are capable to rationalize your behavior in all details. While you do not have to live your life in a spooked manner either, but you must always identify and tend to all your needs and feelings as you receive them, cooperating in this manner harmoniously with all intelligences sending them to you. Since fear means the close cooperation of your security subconscious intelligence right now, when danger is present in your environment. You do not have to run away instantly, or you may do so if it is the case, but you must always identify all details and circumstances engaging all your subconscious intelligences throughout life. And through the needs and feelings that they send you, you must blend in harmoniously within your entire cognition while undergoing your entire conscious behavior in the outside world. Since only through your accurate awareness of your inner and outer environment you may behave in the safest, most efficient, and therefore in the most appropriate and fulfilling manner throughout life and throughout the world.

Yet how could you even know that there are countless of other intelligences within your cognitive system that you must identify and assist harmoniously throughout life, when psychology studies everything else but not exactly the human mind?

For example, you already know that you are capable to reason consciously, since you always do, but who are you exactly and how do you reason consciously? You reason with your brain, or with your neurons, but you reason only within specific areas of your cortex. But more importantly, you do not exactly reason through these brain areas and through your conscious intelligence as you might be tempted to assume, but you reason as a conscious intelligence, and as these specific brain areas. And it is meaningful to understand it, mostly since you are the conscious intelligence yourself, always alive, and certainly intelligent.

Yet the current psychology considers the entire cognitive activity mechanical in nature, done through reflexes and cognitive mechanisms, and this never matches your own cognitive experience as a conscious, rational living being. Because if your brain is a cognitive mechanism, while you are a living human being reasoning not as a mechanism but in a living, natural manner, and since all neurons allowing you to reason undergo the exact activity necessary to allow all your subconscious cognitive mechanisms to function, then everything is inconsistent in this line of reasoning, since mechanisms are never alive.

Therefore, if the entire cognitive activity is performed by mechanisms, then you are a mechanism just as well, very similar to your laptop or stop watch. But if you are a living, intelligent being, then all intelligences of your cognitive system must be alive and obviously intelligent, same as you the conscious intelligence, since as an intelligence, not much distinguishes you from the other human intelligences but your specialization in the organism, along with your enhanced main cognitive ability, the human reasoning.

Yet as already seen, it is meaningful to identify not only our line of reasoning in order to make it consistent with all lines of causality involved, but we must identify the nature and all means of our reasoning in general, in order to allow us to remain within accurate, pertinent, consistent cognitive results, for an overall, accurate research. And we can do so right now and throughout this entire book, only because our topic allows us to undergo and perform both while following a meaningful research, assuring that we always remain accurate and therefore pertinent throughout the research.

For example, we are at an empirical level so far throughout our research of the human intelligences, and this is a first level research, which is algorithmic, ideological, and stereotypical in nature. And this is the specific type of research leading to debates, and not exactly to rational reasoning. Our research is not at all wrong, yet it tends to maintain consistency with the end of the entire line of causality involving our research, and not with the entire line of causality, as it should. And this is the case because we are only starting our study, and therefore we must keep it comprehensive, involving all types of research, including the empiric, at all levels of cognition.

We continue our empirical line of reasoning right away, about the consistency of all human intelligences within the human mind according to their specialization, along with our continuous assumption that you are only one intelligence among all, the conscious intelligence, and that you are alive and certainly intelligent. Notice how everything is debatable so far, and this is the general characteristic of a first level empirical or even consensual research. While science is made only of empirical and consensual studies, being always of the first level. And it is not enough to teach you anything of interest, as you can already tell.

The current science remains ignorant of all these, but as a reference, the human reasoning is of the third level, while the animal intuition is of the second level. Furthermore, you can never understand third level cognitive processes including the human reasoning through first level research involving only algorithmic, logical processes as induction and deduction. While you cannot understand them even through beliefs and entire ideologies as it is commonly done today. Since this is why the current science claims boldly that humanity will never be able to understand important topics as the human mind, the human reasoning, life, meaning, and existence.

And now, if all intelligences are alive, including you the conscious intelligence, it means that the human mind is not exactly an individual intelligence, but it is an entire living, harmonious system of intelligences, or community of intelligences, with you in it, the conscious intelligence.  With every intelligence cooperating throughout the human cognition by specialization, in a well-coordinated activity involving countless of pertinent intelligences, with you among them, the conscious intelligence. The human intelligences are your lifetime companions, and not at all your mechanical parts or your loading horses.

Even more, as we study the physical body from its own material, objective perspective, we find it formed of zillions of little living beings, all bodily cells and cellular components. And when we study all these eukaryotic cells closely, we notice how none is the cell specialized in life, or in meaning, or in intelligence, but they are all alive, meaningful, and intelligent, all giving you life, meaning, and intelligence, through their own living meaningful intelligences by the zillions, which are your own intelligences, the human intelligences.

As these count in zillions, yet they are not one intelligence for each cellular component, since all intelligences can unite in large numbers to form systems of intelligences, communities of intelligences, and entire cognitive systems.

Everything is still debatable, since we are still speculating, at this first, empirical level, now in the beginning of our research. However, we notice the close consistency between life and intelligence, at the organism and cellular levels. And since we already assume that intelligence is made possible through the human intelligences, which are assumed to be alive just as well, could it be possible that we may find specific units of life within cells and organisms, just as we consider now these units of intelligence within the human mind, the human intelligences? The answer is no, since at a closer study, everything is similarly alive within cells and within entire organisms, and everything is just as intelligent. We can never find these units of life and intelligence within any living being. This is not at all the model of life and intelligence, regardless if science persists to adopt it. Yet what we always find, besides this close consistency between life and intelligence, is the fact that everything is alive and intelligent everywhere and continuously, even in different forms of life, even at different levels of intelligence and development, and even in different realities.

More precisely, the human intelligences are the human mind altogether. While life is everywhere in the human cells and organism, and therefore the entire human organism is alive, in all forms and from all perspectives, physical, social, cognitive, and higher.

To be very precise now, living beings do not exactly contain an essence of life and an essence of intelligence, because the human body does not contain the human intelligences within as busses hold people and as cans hold sardines, but the human intelligences are the physical body altogether as they are seen from the objective material perspective of the human body. While the physical body is the human intelligences altogether as it is seen from the cognitive, subjective, inner perspective of the human mind.

And in this manner, you notice how the entire human organism comprises a multitude of intelligences forming it entirely, and it is meaningful for all these intelligences to achieve to fulfill their purpose in life without getting in each other’s way. While they count in zillions, as they still remain harmonious, meaningful, and fulfilling within the human mind, throughout an entire continuous interconnectivity. With you in there, as a conscious intelligence.

As a reference, only inner harmony can assure the third level cognition necessary for a successful human life and therefore successful human fulfillment, at the intelligent human level.

When you maintain your harmony and inner cooperation with all human intelligences, you see how your fear, inhibition, and weakness dissipate, as soon as you find a harmonious, positive way to cope with your critical circumstance. Because if you ignore or go against your subconscious intelligence instead, by suppressing your fear because it says so in society, you can never cooperate harmoniously within your cognitive system and mostly with your security intelligence, because you overrule it stereotypically even before it can cooperate with you. And you fail in this manner, even badly, since it happens often throughout critical circumstances, and you end up compromising your inner and outer meanings in this manner. Yet you do not end up spooked continuously, since once you identify your other intelligences throughout all circumstances of the outer and
