So, without further ado let's get into it.

MAKE IT A HABIT  

Step one is we need to make waking up early easy, make it a habit. If you've tried to wake up early and had to rely on your willpower, it gets really tough because in the mornings you have the least amount of willpower and.

If you've got to use it all up in the beginning of the day try to force yourself to get out of bed in the morning then it's going to be really difficult for you to stick to the habit.

So, the first thing we really need to do is to make it fun.

Think of a time when you are so excited to get up in the morning that you could barely sleep;

was that something like Christmas or

was something like you were going on a trip a family trip or

a vacation or

you just had Saturday morning cartoons when you were a kid.

Think about that, and that's what we want to try to do to our mornings; we want to try to create an environment that's exciting and fun for us.
