Emotional Intelligence - Jimmy Lama
INTRODUCTION
Am I emotionally intelligent?
That's an interesting question. If I answer it yes, I am emotionally intelligent
it's rather arrogant self-conceited and suggests that there's no room for improvement.
yet if I answer No, I'm not emotionally intelligent
, then why am I putting together this course on emotional intelligence. The answer really is, it depends, it's work in progress. There are certain times when I'll go into a situation and I'll use my emotional intelligence really well and I'll be very proud of the way in which I've used it. And, there'll be other situations that I'll go into and a completely screw up.
What we'll look at within this course is how you can use and apply your emotional intelligence to get the outcomes that you're looking for and how you can use it to improve your performance and build your relationships that work at home and in other social circumstances.
I hope you enjoy working through the course and I look forward to working with you.
