    The world of nutritional science is a confusing place, filled with what’s right and wrong and where opinion seems to be considered as important as fact.

    Well, along with some other professionals in the field, I am trying to do things a little differently.

    This ebook is research driven and has been written to inform and guide. It doesn’t pretend to have all of the answers and it doesn't pretend to be the only way to good health.

    In fact, the route to good health is extremely personal.

    Food impacts on health in 2 significant ways - nutritional status and having a healthy relationship with food.

    Without getting too sciency (a conscious effort throughout this guide), we as a population vary dramatically and what works for Peter Smith might not work so well for Annabel Watkins.

    And what works for Peter Smith in his 20s might not be so sustainable in his 40s when there are 3 kids running around him.

    This guide, along with my practice, doesn’t preach an all or nothing dietary approach.
