Hundreds of thousands of people all over the world suffer from symptoms of fatigue, chronic yeast infections, bowel and digestive problems, headaches, and dry, itchy skin. You may think these symptoms are vague, and relatively minor, but for some people, they are chronic conditions that can greatly impact their lives. While these symptoms are all annoying on their own, when they exist together, they are often caused by the same nasty fungus: Candida Albicans.
Candida-related disorders are amongst the most misdiagnosed medical problems today, for a number of reasons. It's no wonder, then, that sufferers would want to seek a safe, natural treatment plan. Also because many people today prefer natural treatments than prescription drugs. This book offers just that, and much more. By following this simple three-step approach to the treatment of Candida Albicans overgrowth, you can start to take back control of your life. Stop allowing yourself to be defeated by a silly gut fungus and start taking back your health!
Here is what you will learn from reading this book:
- Learn the cause of your Candida overgrowth and how you can take steps towards reversing the process
- A simple, three-pronged approach to Candida treatment that targets the causes, not the symptoms, resulting in a full recovery
- How adding probiotics to your diet can help return your gut flora to their normal balance, eliminating the symptoms as well as the cause of the Candida overgrowth
- What one item you can cut out of your diet to stop Candida growth in its tracks
- How to prevent further episodes of Candida overgrowth

Introduction
The number of people suffering from yeast infections and the associated illnesses are numerous, and it is a disorder that many people tend to keep quiet out of embarrassment or just not knowing what the problem is. One of the most common sites of a yeast infection is in the genitals, and a lot of people are too shy to talk to their doctor about it, so they suffer in silence. Also, there are so many different symptoms associated with a Candida infection that it can be difficult to put two and two together and realize that Candida is to blame.
Due to the seemingly random nature of these symptoms, Candida very often goes undiagnosed and therefore untreated, leaving frustrated sufferers wondering what they can do. If you suspect that you might be suffering from Candida, you've come to the right place. Armed with the important information contained in this book, you will better understand the three core causes of an overgrowth of Candida fungus as well as learning how to safely treat this debilitating condition. Before we can do that, though, it's important to understand what Candida is and how it works.
The fungus known as Candida Albicans is an opportunistic infection that throws off the natural balance of your body's gut flora. In other words, you have good bacteria that live inside of your gut, which work together with your body in order to keep everything functioning in the ways that it normally should. When this balance is disrupted, colonies of the fungus quickly grow until they take over most of the available real estate in your digestive system.
These overgrown colonies then release toxic byproducts, which include uric acid and poisonous acetaldehyde. Sufferers of Candida often experience chronic headaches and bouts of confusion or 'brain fog' which are caused by this poison. Acetaldehyde is also thought to be possibly carcinogenic, which means that there is a cancer risk associated with exposure to the toxin. High levels of uric acid in the system can cause symptoms such as joint pain and eventually gout, which is the most painful and debilitating form of arthritis. As the pathogenic Candida fungus takes over your gut, the loss of beneficial gut flora results in digestive issues and yeast infections, among many other problems.
That's not all, though. Candida overgrowth can cause a number of other nasty symptoms that, if untreated, can even result in death, particularly if your immune system is weakened or compromised. Candida sufferers frequently report chronic fungal infections including vaginal yeast infections, throat infections, and fungal toenail infections. People suffering from Candida overgrowth also frequently develop inexplicable allergies to foods that they otherwise consume normally and without incident. You might start to get sick from common foods such as corn, soy, wheat, or dairy when you've never previously had any adverse reactions. Candida can also amplify the intoxicating effects of alcohol. Abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, pain and fatigue are among the many other symptoms that this dangerous infection can
