The Little Book Of Reaching Goals
()
About this ebook
This book is for anyone who needs guidance about how to set goals, needs some motivation or encouragement, or some tips on how to cope and fit their goals into their busy lives. Here I share the S.M.A.R.T method of setting goals, practical advice and throw in some of my personal experience. I wrote this book during a time where I was at a low all the way through getting to a place where I am really going for it. It's my goal to help others going through the same or similar situations.

I am on a journey to become the best version of myself that I can be. I like to encourage others to do the same, not to become someone else because they feel that who they are isn’t enough, but to explore who they are and all they can be and to realise that they are more than enough, yet constantly growing and becoming better and better if that is what they choose.I enjoy reading, watching series and movies, spending time with family and friends, good wine, coffee, sushi and Italian food. I love music, both playing instruments and listening to it and I am fascinated by health and fitness.

Introduction
As human beings, we all want to accomplish something. We set out with the best intentions and sometimes we succeed, and sometimes we don't. We have big goals and small goals, and as long as the goals are bringing about something positive in our lives, they are all worthy. Even when they don't seem fun, like sometimes we may need to do things that we don't necessarily like because our health is in jeopardy. But if you end up becoming a healthier person and live longer, you're able to be there for your family, and I can guarantee you that you'll feel better too. Or think back to that irritating and completely boring class you were forced to attend in college. Did you learn something new or make some friends? See?
If you are reading this book, you either have a goal or goals in mind already and maybe you aren't sure how to go about achieving that goal/s. Maybe you're stuck somewhere in midst of trying to achieve a current goal or goals and are struggling, or you have decided that it would be good to set goals. Well done for being proactive. Being proactive is a big part of how to make awesome things happen. Whatever it is that you've been needing to do, or wanting to do, you can get there. I know that it's hard. Anyone can tell you that working towards a goal can be hard. I myself have failed, run out of steam or remained indecisive because I have been
