    Introduction

    As human beings, we all want to accomplish something. We set out with the best intentions and sometimes we succeed, and sometimes we don't. We have big goals and small goals, and as long as the goals are bringing about something positive in our lives, they are all worthy. Even when they don't seem fun, like sometimes we may need to do things that we don't necessarily like because our health is in jeopardy. But if you end up becoming a healthier person and live longer, you're able to be there for your family, and I can guarantee you that you'll feel better too. Or think back to that irritating and completely boring class you were forced to attend in college. Did you learn something new or make some friends? See?

    If you are reading this book, you either have a goal or goals in mind already and maybe you aren't sure how to go about achieving that goal/s. Maybe you're stuck somewhere in midst of trying to achieve a current goal or goals and are struggling, or you have decided that it would be good to set goals. Well done for being proactive.
