INTRODUCTION
To prepare meals that satisfy totally, one must have empathy. You must also sustain an inner balance between logic and emotions. Your culinary skills may be few but your eagerness to uplift and learn optimize your efforts. Practice does make perfect when you care. One should never prepare nor eat food when feeling sad, depressed, angry, nervous, worried or preoccupied with suppressed thoughts. It's all biochemical. Every ingredient in a meal is vital. None must be included casually nor for taste entertainment solely. Equally important to the beneficial potency of a meal is energy state. Your state spirit and body determines how food processes internally. Your state of spirit and body also become part of your meal rituals. For example some people habitually prepare meals in a hurry and they often eat rapidly too. For the speed-eater and rushed meal-maker nervous energy has become part of their mealstyle whether they realize or not. Foods that endorse that energy become primary staples in most of their meals. Mealstyle is a term that I coined that describes the following:
personal dietary orientation, as in vegan, vegetarian or omnivore
food preparation
food knowledge, as in what you know about beneficial nutrition
food gathering, (grocery shopping, farming/gardening, buying from restaurants).
Mealstyles are rarely static due to such variables as economics, environment, culture, traditions, education, and adaption to lifestyle changes. Regardless of these factors, a wholesome mealstyle must remain a proactively healthy one consisting of organic foods
