About this ebook

The Myers-Briggs personality profiling system is the most popular in the world, today, and personality profiling has reached its summit in the Myers-Briggs system. It places each person, on this planet, into one of its sixteen well-defined categories. To profile is to assess, to stereotype, to categorize, to summarize. If you know your own profile, you can better understand yourself. If you know another's profile, you will understand them better, too. It has helped a great many people, in both their personal and professional lives.
People can be good. People can be bad. People can be kinky. Many people are insulting and vulgar - and they tend to be the most fun. Within these monumental and glorious pages lie the awesome and in-depth axioms, dictums, conclusions, hypothesis, theory, and sheer brilliances of dozens (if not billions) of the greatest of minds ever assembled. Page after page of both well-prepared papers and third-rate, trashy-sounding rants, this author has rummaged through, to bring this extremely profound rendering to his discerning readers' wise and thoughtful eyes.
This is not a typical book on the popular Myers-Briggs system. To read a normal book on the Myers-Briggs only gives one opinion - and a bland opinion, too. Instead, this book's author was able to construct a plethora of opinions, gaining spice and color, flavor and tone, and depth! Raunch and depth! This book helps to understand people, by seeing them more clearly, via very adulterated stereotyping. Many parts of this book can be insulting and vulgar, so you should especially read it if you're easily offended, of course. . .

Eric Foster

After learning that historical Patrick’s story was more amazing than the legend, Eric Foster decided to pen a biographical novel on the saint. He studied the craft of writing at Arvon, followed by a more advanced course at Bloomsbury, London, and whilst writing sought developmental editing of the book from Tracey Iceton, PhD, author of The Celtic Colours Trilogy.

    Dedication

This book is dedicated to my miniature schnauzer. He was loyal, honorable, brave, intelligent, clownish, usually in need of a haircut, and the bitches adored him. These are the most important traits any man could have, and I truly wish that I could live up to them, myself. . .

    Acknowledgments

Who's to blame for this masterpiece?!? Me, of course. Nevertheless, in the bibliography, at the end of this book, is a list of the many contributors to this tragic work. If any are insulted, I apologize. Of course, the quotes of their mighty works, that I used, I occasionally edited, due to length, punctuation, and/or spelling. If there are any errors, in this manuscript, due to my edits, I take full responsibility - and apologize, again. . .

My actual contributors all came from the vast (and occasionally demented) Internet. The Internet hasn't been sometimes called 'The Information Super Parking Lot' for nothing! Many, such as Susan Storm and Johaness Punkt, throw their wisdoms into the void simply in altruism, I'm sure. The Internet is also largely a place to make money, too, though. Many of those that I've quoted, of course, only contributed to the Internet (and so to you and I) for the purposes of monetary gain, such as the writers at Thought Catalog Books, wanting to advertise their wares, and 16Personalities, giving teasers for their services. I encourage all of my wise and elegant readers to patronize any and all these people and organizations. . . I suppose.

    I thank my contributors!

    I thank my readers!

I would even like to thank the academy, should I ever get a nomination. . .

    Preface

Personality profiling has reached its summit in the Myers-Briggs system. To profile is to assess, to stereotype, to categorize, to summarize. The Myers-Briggs personality profiling system is the most popular in the world, today. It places each person, on this planet, into one of its sixteen well-defined categories. If you know your own profile, you can better understand yourself. If you know another's profile, you will understand them better, too. It has helped a great many people, in both their personal and professional lives. The Myers-Briggs is a tool for learning, for understanding.

This is the most authoritative compendium of Myers-Briggs personality profiling in the world. It is a text book of the highest caliber. It is a tome worthy of every, any, and all bookshelves. All true scholars, no matter their expertise, would be showing themselves as mere amateurs, third-rate hacks, and/or the most eccentric and twisted of intellectual pariah, for not carefully perusing it daily! Any and all truly enlightened figures will always feel safe, as they make fun of those whom have not purchased at least two dozen copies of this epic work, of course.

Within these monumental and glorious pages lie the awesome and in-depth axioms, dictums, conclusions, hypothesis, theory, and sheer brilliances of dozens (if not billions) of the greatest of minds ever assembled, perhaps. . .

What makes this book so special?!? The author copied it off of the Internet! He searched through Internet sites, from here to. . . lots of places, presumably. He didn't even bother using any expertise! Page after page of both well-prepared papers and third-rate, trashy-sounding rants, he rummaged through, to bring this extremely profound rendering to his discerning readers' wise and thoughtful eyes. To read a normal book on the Myers-Briggs only gives one opinion - and a bland opinion, too. As we all know, the Internet is the greatest store-house of knowledge and other junk ever assembled! From it, he was able to construct a plethora of opinions, gaining spice and colour, flavor and tone, and. . . depth! Raunch and depth! So, with minor editing and organizational skills, here it is! Geez. . . I can't even begin to describe how brilliant it all is.

This short book gives a more straight-forward view and a slightly more rounded view of each of the sixteen Myers-Briggs profiles than is. . . normal. Books on Myers-Briggs abound and tend to be tedious. Largely, this is a compilation of lots of different people's views of each type. Imagine getting lots of people's views of a single person. Sound like quite a bit of references? Next, imagine that it's lots of people's views on sixteen different people. Now, believe that you're one of those sixteen! Everybody else is one of those sixteen, too, of course - or at least a lot more like one of them than the other fifteen. This book helps to understand people, by seeing them more clearly, via very adulterated stereotyping.

People can be good. People can be bad. Many people are insulting and vulgar - and they tend to be the most fun. Many parts of this book can be insulting and vulgar, so you should especially read it if you're easily offended. . .

By reading this, you'll be getting tons of I.Q. points shoveled on, if there's any god. It's THE way to finally know enough about people to be able to get into their damn heads. You've suspected both you and everybody else were always loose more than a few screws. People call you stupid, and you whisper that they're stupid, behind their backs. Everybody's noggin is full of rocks. Moldy rocks! The whole world is dumb as rocks! You can rise above all that, though.

Maybe, you already believe that you know all about the Myers-Briggs. If you believe this, you are fooling yourself. Read this work to truly understand the Myers-Briggs. Read it over and over again. Wisdom! Glean wisdom, here. Wear out copy after copy, purchasing more and more! Know this grimoire, for what it is.

Pass on this masterpiece to others! You will be helping people immensely by buying them copies. Know a stupid guy? He'll probably lose it, so you'll have to buy him several copies, to both wise him up and impress him. So many people need therapy! Be a philanthropist.

Isn't it finally time that you convince everybody that you're a freakin' genius, man? You've always yearned to show off. Practically every time you've tried, so far, either you fumbled it or they turned out to be just as brain-dead as you'd presumed. This one can be a direct hit, though. No more, 'Pull my finger.' They'll finally be yelling, 'You sank my battleship!' They'll be exclaiming that you're the first real man (or chick) they've ever met. Somebody who passes this little puppy around is gonna be taken as a super-genius, obviously.

This book will help you, all over the place, in tons of ways. You'll better understand friends, family, bosses, co-workers, your spouse, your super cute babysitter(s). . . At work and at home, in all relationships, including sexual (and really kinky-sexual, too). You will. . .

    H-m-m-m.

    For yourself. . .

    For the world!

Try focusing, for a moment, here.

    Just lie back and relax.

    Take it all in.

    Relax.

    Just-

    Here you go!

    Here we go. . .

    Ready!?!

    Okay. . .

    We're goin' in, right now.

I warned you that it's big.

    It's long, too.

It’s gonna be going in deep.

    And wide.

    Ready?

    You sure?

    Okay. . . Oi!

    YES!

    Oh, yes. . .

    Oh, god, yes!

    Yes!

    Yes!

    Yes!

    Yes!

    Yes!

    Yes!

    Yes!

    Yes. . .

    [And the angels sing.]

    What Is the Myers-Briggs?

    Introduction

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (M.B.T.I.) was first developed by Katherine Cook Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers, her daughter, during World War II. Its standard is largely maintained by the Myers & Briggs Foundation, although there are many Internet sites and books about it, by others. The Keirsey Temperament Sorter is very similar, and is based upon the Myers-Briggs. The Myers-Briggs is the most popular personality profiling system in the world. Other personality profiling systems are either less refined, not as generalized, or simply not thought of as nearly so viable, by the world, at large.

The Myer-Briggs team are usually called psychologists, but opinions vary - and credential standards were different, back then. They claimed to be basing their system on the ideas and guidelines of the famous Carl Jung. Carl Jung's work was largely based upon that of Sigmund Freud. Freud was a stupid and sick degenerate, in every way, both business and personal. None of this should make a reasonable person hopeful, as to the abilities of the Myers-Briggs personality profiling system, admittedly. I largely base my beliefs, in the Myers-Briggs, upon the sheer number of people whom see themselves represented within the sixteen Myers-Briggs categories, however. So many ordinary people see it as a good summation of their virtues (and lack thereof) that I declare it very viable, if used maturely.

The Myers-Briggs isn't considered perfect! And others abound, such as the HEXACO, Big Five, and the Enneagram. I feel that the Myers-Briggs has had quite a bit of scientific backing to substantiate that it isn't just astrology or palm reading, as most in the supposed health care establishment would have us believe. The Myers & Briggs Foundation, as the best example, has an extensive background of statistics, and has been continuously refining them and its testing abilities, for decades - and you can easily visit their Internet site, if you wish. I base my opinion of the validity of the Myers-Briggs on the vast compendium of scientific evidence, besides the fact that it is beloved by so many ordinary people.

The U.S.' medical establishment usually leads the world's condemnations of personality profiling systems, in general. The dogma of the U.S. medical establishment is that the Myers-Briggs and Enneagram, etc., are based on non-scientific hucksterism, right up there with horoscopes and Scientology. The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory system is used by the United States' mental health establishment, as a diagnostic tool, for evaluating patients. Its first incarnation was created by Starke R. Hathaway and J.C. McKinley, in 1939 - although it has had many updates. The Minnesota, as a good poster-child of the medical establishment, pales by comparison, to the Myers-Briggs, in study data.

Probably, the main reason that nay-sayers have, for castigating the Myers-Briggs, is that they believe in one another. Their click calls it bad, so they feel it must be bad. People from all walks of life tend to follow what they feel are popular opinions, on every subject, rather than thinking for themselves. Oi! Popularity! Political correctness! The world needs individuals. . . Some of the medical establishment don’t go along blindly, against the Myers-Briggs, but most do.

I do not believe in the professionalism of the U.S.' medical establishment, myself. The U.S.' citizens pay at least two and a half times the average that even Europe pays, for healthcare - and some say quite a bit higher than that. The average U.S. doctor's income, of about $200,000, per year, is twice that of the average European doctor's income. The U.S.' legal system is covered in legislation to jack up prices, for the medical community, and to keep them from accountability. Medical is the second biggest lobbyist group in the U.S., and lobbying means lobbyists paying politicians to enact laws that they like. If anything, U.S. medical aren't professional medical people, such as represented by the Hippocratic Oath, they are largely professional crooks.

I hope that I do not seem like I'm ranting, as I point out that facts abound as to the incompetence (and other evils) of the United States' medical establishment. One of my favorite books, on this subject, was called Patient Power and was published in 1994, and things haven't but gotten worse, for the 23 years since! It's bad enough that a staggering percentage of articles are left in patients, in surgery, when following basic inventory procedures would leave none. It's ridiculous the number of obvious misdiagnosis, as another example. Scandal after scandal has been brought to light, in the Veteran's Administration, over the past several years, as the U.S.' best example of socialized healthcare - and how no one should ever be granted lack of accountability. For this discussion, I use the fact that the U.S. uses seventy percent of the world's pharmaceuticals, as a great figure against their mental healthcare abilities. Over a quarter of American
