People have too many failed expectations, disappointments and loses occur along the way and the pathways to happiness still seem to be a secret.

    We’re all on a constant search for happiness and it’s perplexing that something which so many people crave for is so difficult to attain.  We look for it in all kinds of places. For example, we may have a nice home, a successful job, the perfect partner, etc., but even after we attain all of those things, happiness can still escape us and have a negative impact on our psyche. 

    Why the hell is this? 

    Well, we are so busy looking for it in achievements and pleasures that we miss the fact that happiness is actually an inside job.
