      Do you love wine?  Whether it is enjoying a robust red with a steak dinner or sipping a cool crispy chardonnay on an evening out with friends most people enjoy a glass of wine now and then.  However wine is a drink full of mysterious cachet sommeliers make a big deal of advising customers in fancy restaurants on the best wine to enjoy with their meal.  Wine lovers swirl small volumes in large glasses, sniffing, tasting and spitting it out again.  Winemakers hide their huge oak barrels in cool cellars away from the eyes of the public.  Bottles of wine are one sale everywhere from cheap bottles on at the corner store to bottles worth more than a month’s wages carefully stored away from light and heat.

      What would you say if we told you that it was possible to strip away the mystique and make it possible for you to enjoy a high quality, tasty wine without all the fuss or the inflated price tag?  All this is possible if you make your own wine at home.  The process is surprisingly simple, all you need is some basic equipment, a cool space to store your wine some fruit and, most importantly, time.
