Winning a bikini competition takes a lot more than eating healthy. You also need to have the right mindset that will help you win. You need to boost your confidence if you want to win any competition.
To boost your confidence, you need to be well prepared so that you know that you have done the best that you could in time for the competition. You should also focus on your assets instead of wasting your time focusing on the things that you cannot change.
CrossFit is a broad fitness category, although it focuses on strengthening the core, building endurance and improving strength. It combines high intensity exercises with medicine balls, kettlebells and cardio exercise. It can also compliment other sports and fitness programs.
