    Foreword

    I love desserts...and most people would agree with me that there is something about cheesecake that simply makes your mouth watering. I grew up with a grandmother who would make this from scratch every Sunday for dinner. It was something that I looked forward to all week. All that decadence in every single bite! It is one of my fondest memories from childhood. However, as I grew older, had my own family and the like, I wanted a cheesecake recipe that was not as in-depth as the one that my mother, her mother and her mother before that were using which require a lot of time and attention to detail. In addition, I wanted something a bit healthier so that I didn’t have to feel as though every bite meant running on the treadmill for another hour or two. That is when I started to no-Bake cheesecake recipes that were low carb as well.

    The end result was cheesecakes recipes that are not only delicious, but they are not going to make you feel as though you need to work out for hours on end after just one bite! What is even better, is that after using these recipes, I still found that I got to enjoy my favorite dessert while I was watching my weight! I even lost weight with the right exercise program and still got to enjoy my cheesecake. My friends and family were amazed that I was still getting to eat my guilty pleasure. However, it is like I told everyone, I was not dieting to the point that I could not enjoy my favorite all time dessert.

    There have been several occasions in which cheesecake has been taken, and people seem to love it. Why more people do not opt for cheesecakes is beyond me. After all, when compared to the other sugary desserts on the market, cheesecake is by far one of the healthier options for those who are wanting to eat something sweet. Plus, with the ability to make these desserts whatever you want, they are definitely by all means the easier way to go, when personalization is important.
