Why a Breakfast Cookbook?

We live in a busy society, but one thing that hasn’t changed is our body. In order for us to perform well at work and school, we need the appropriate fuel. Studies show that people who eat breakfast weigh less than people who don’t. One reason for this may be that breaking fast after a long period of sleep tells the metabolism to get up and running. If you’re watching your weight, don’t skip breakfast. Just eat a smaller portion, skipping the bread and adding more vegetables and fruit. Even still, mornings are busy for us. My husband and I run a business from home. I get up hours before the kids do to work and write, and our kids start their schoolwork and chores just after breakfast. I don’t prefer to spend a lot of time over a hot stove in the morning either, especially since I’ll be cooking lunch and dinner that day as well. I prefer for my mornings to be
